"i really am sorry."

*kairis pov*

i parked into mattias driveway and knocked on his door.

"oh kairi! I thought you and mattia- i'm sorry let me go call him."

i wasn't expecting his mom to answer, but what did she mean? i ignored it.

"oh kairi i wasn't sure you'd be here-"

"i'm sorry if you were busy i can pass by tomorrow if you want."

"no it's fine, come in."

i walk into his house and walked over to his bedroom.

"so your mom huh. she knows about us?"

"yeah. she wouldn't stop asking for you. i guess she missed having you around."

i smiled.

"i'm sorry." i turned to look at mattia who was walking towards me.

"no i should be the one apologizing-"

"that night at the party. you didn't sleep with katie but mar made it seem like it. i never let you explain and i'm so sorry mattia. all of this wouldn't have happened if i just let you explain."

mattia sat down on his chair right by his bed, where i was.

"it's been months kai. it's.. it's all good." he stared right at me.

we sat in silence, once again. i wasn't sure where to begin.

"why'd you sleep with alvaro, mattia?" i looked over at mattia.

"i wasn't myself for months and alvaro was the closest thing i had do you. i needed to feel something. it was all a mistake." mattia says feeling ashamed.

"sleeping with someone is a choice, not a mistake." i looked over at him.

"but i don't blame you..." i said.

i knew no matter what mattia did, i would still forgive him. even if it meant him fucking my best friend. i loved him too much to hate him. but how was i supposed to tell him i slept with ale? i couldn't lie to him.

"i slept with ale." i continue.

mattia didn't seem like he cared, but deep down he didn't like the fact kairi had slept with another guy. mattia was always jealous of ale.

"And why'd you sleep with him?" mattia said in a pissed tone, but calmly.

"we were just in the moment, then it happened."

both boys just sat quietly.

Mattia didn't wanna do anything to mess up kairis and his relationship, he had finally got kairi to speak to him and that's all he ever asked for. He was complete.

"i know i did things kairi that you might not even forgive me for. but i need you to know that since the first day i saw you i was all about you. and as much as i hated the fact you sleeping with ale, i'm glad you had told me now. and your right, sleeping is a choice. not a mistake. and i with could go back in time to redo everything i did wrong. i knew how fucked it was to sleep with your best friend and i still did it. I really am sorry."

kairi looked over at mattia. he melted into mattias words.

"we both did things mattia, and i forgive you for everything you've done. but we were both in the wrong and i'm glad we were able to talk this through."

kairi smiled at mattia. he was glad him and mattia were on good terms again.

mattia smiled back at kairi.

"sooo we're good here right?" mattia says standing up from the bed.

"Yes. we're good now." kairi says laughing and standing in front of mattia.

both boys adored each other standing there. they were now happy.

mattia placed his hand on kairis cheek, adoring the smile of his. mattia hated going through this with kairi many times. and each one of these times mattia was in the wrong, he hated the way he made kairi feel. but he loved him too much.

"i have to go. but i'm glad we were able to talk mattia." kairi says placing his hand on top of where mattia hand was.

mattia kissed kairis forhead before taking his hand off him. he smiled at kairi and watched him walk out the door.

as he heard the door shut he fell onto his bed. he couldn't express the way he felt right now. it was a mix of emotions. he knew it wouldn't be the same now. mattia and kairi have gone through this many times, but he just wanted this time to be different. he wanted to start it over again and do it right. with kairi.

* ale *

it was 12 am.
i was laying in alvaro's bed naked. of course. alvaro was sleeping and i couldn't sleep at all. i was wide awake. I didn't know if i should hate the fact i slept with alvaro, or be glad i was in his arms again. I wasn't sure how i would tell kairi about this, i lied to him about seeing alvaro and now i'm here.

i let out a huge sigh before slowly getting out of alvaro's bed, trying not to wake him up. i put my clothes back on before walking to him and placing a kiss on his forhead.

i grab my keyes and walk out of his studio.
