It's been 2 months since Aaron and I said I love you. He's practically moved in since he has Jack until Haley gets out of rehab next week. 

Pulling my phone out, I open Aarons messages.

Agent

We should be finished with the case today.

Can you text me a hour before you land I want to surprise Aaron at the tarmac.

I got you.

20 minutes later

We land in an hour.

"Mia" I yell from the bottom of the spiral steps.

"Yes?"

"Can you watch Jack for a little while?" I ask

"Of course send him up" she smiles standing at the top of the steps.

"Thank you Red!" I call out walking out of the bathroom to the room next door.

"Jack, i have to leave for a hour or so. But Mia is here and she said you can stay in her room with her." I say

"Okay, can you bring cake when you come back?" He asks

"Absolutely, but you have to eat something first" He nods

"Okay"

"C'mon sweet boy, Mia is waiting for you" I smile picking him up.

Walking him up the main stairs to Mia's room.

"Thank you again, love you bye" I say putting him down and walking back down the stairs.

Walking out of the house I get in the Denali so it looks more government official. I stop at the store for a bouquet of white roses and a blank card. Driving to the tarmac I blend in with the other trucks. I park next to Derek's truck and wait for the plane to land. While waiting I fill out the card when I'm finished my phone dings.

Agent

We just boarded, see you in a few hours.

Okay, see you when you get home love you!!

I Love you too.

I see the plane land and wait for him. The door to the plane opens. Hurry up and grab the flower and the card. I walk up to the bottom of the stairs and wait for Aaron. Emily is the first one off then Derek. I have to tell Derek to shut up so he doesn't ruin the surprise. Dave, Jennifer and Spencer step off next. Emily and I simultaneously shush them. Then Aaron walks off. Hes sporting his signature stoic face and a 2 piece tailored suit. All that changes when he sees me at the bottom of the steps.

"Flora? What are you doing here" he smiles. He walks down the steps and pulls me into a hug.

"I came to surprise you" I smile handing him the flowers and the card.
