Part 11 (Keefe's POV)

I looked into his periwinkle eyes. Dex waved his hand at his face. I faked slapping him. Nothing worked.
When we got to Rimeshire, we found Dex with Kesler unconscious, but his eyes were open.
"W-what's happening to him?" Dex stuttered.
"What if-" Foster glanced at me. "No. That couldn't happen." She said.
"Wait what-"
He was cut off by Magnate Leto rushing into the room.
"I have news. Really bad news." He said.
"What? Does it have to do with Kesler?" I asked.
"Yes Mr. Sencen." He took a breath. "There are new rebels and they have a Mesmer. They're controlling people and trying to make Ms. Foster's life harder."
"Who else? And what do you know about the rebels?" Foster said the same time Dex asked, "WHAT? WE HAVE TO TAKE THEM DOWN!"
"I understand your reasons Mr. Dizznee. But we must figure more about them first. I'm sorry." Magnate Leto said. "To answer your question Ms. Foster, we know their organization consists of 7 people. All we know is their abilities are Telepath, Empath, Technopath, Vanisher, Hydrokinetic, Shade, and one with multiple abilities."
"That sounds exactly like my friends and me! How do you not see that?" Foster said.
"We do see that. We are just waiting to take action because we need you to be stronger and-"
"UGH JUST STOP WITH THE WAITING AND WAITING! IM THE MOST POWERFUL ELF OUR WORLD HAS SEEN WHY DO WE NEED TO WAIT?"
She screamed.
"Miss Foster! Stop yelling! We have it under control-"
"No, you don't." I stepped in. "You're just waiting until we come up with a plan to use and say that you came up with it. We're going to find them on our own. We'll see whose stronger."
Magnate Leto gasped as me, Foster and Dex leaped to Havenfield with Kesler unconscious. Then we glittered away.
"Okay. I know you guys are mad, but do you realize that this battle is going to come down to whose stronger? And we need Grady because there's a Mesmer. And what if there's more members?" Dex asked.
"I haven't really thought it through, but I know that we're stronger. And if we need to, we'll train. Whatever it takes to stop these people." Foster sighed.
I put my arm around her. "You know we're gonna be with you the whole way right? We're by your side no matter what." I told her. She blushed.
"I know."
Dex gagged. "I thought Fitzphie was annoying." He muttered.
"HEY! I'm very likable!" I joked. Actually, I wasn't joking.
"I'll hail Biana to come over with Fitz, Dex do you want to hail Tam or Linh and tell them to come over? Keefe, you go get Grady." Foster told us.
We both agreed. I ran down to go get Grady.
"Grady? Fost- Sophie needs you upstairs!" I yelled.
"Keefe? Is that you?" He came inside.
"Yeah, let's go." We walked upstairs. Everyone was already in there.
"Hey guys! Did you miss me?" I asked.
"Hi Keefe!" Linh said.
"Hey!" Biana said.
"Hey." Fitz and Tammy Boy grumbled. Geez.
I sat down next to Foster. Grady sat next to me, but far away.
Keefe! Sophie transmitted.
What? I thought.
Do you want to tell them? Or should I?
I'll tell them. Give you some time to breathe. HAHA I AM GOING TO MAKE IT SO DRAMATIC! *internal evil grin*
"Are you guys gonna talk or just stare into each other's eyes?" Fitz asked.
"Don't act like you didn't in Alvetture!"(I think that's how you spell it) Biana told him.
Fitz glared at Biana.
"Before we start, can I talk with Sophie? Privately?" Biana looked worried as she said that.
"Yeah okay!" Foster said.
Don't tell them! Or else! She transmitted.
Okay! Okay geez!
