From Abhira To Harshali

Chapter 6: Things are getting difficult

We were called on set to start with our romantic scene, Pranali had to be in the room trying to fix her dress and I had to enter and look mesmerised and the shoot began

Harshad's POV:I entered the frame and looked at her and said oye hoye and the she turned and grabbed her dupatta to cover her torn dress and that's it cut everything was going smoothly and then came that scene where we had to be really close i had to stitch her dress and break the thread with my teeth and brush my lips on her back. It's not like this was our first time being this close to each other but now it was different things had changed between us, in past we were two different individuals performing and now we were us, there was something between us now and we are going through the same phase as Abhira they have just confessed and are taking an important step in their relationship and so are we. We are not getting married but we are still deciding if we will reach that stage of marriage. I think what Abhimanyu and Akshara are doing is too soon taking such a big decision but at the end of the day it's fiction and in reality we have to be real and let this thing grow naturally to come to a conclusion.

Pranali's POV: it's very easy for him because he has done this romantic scenes with a lot of woman but for me it's new and especially now after knowing about our feelings it gets little bit more difficult to control and be in my senses. Ofcourse there are people instructing all the time but when I look into this man's eyes I just get lost.

Now comes the time to perform this difficult scene he comes closer and my heart starts beating really fast, i have no control over my actions, he comes closer says his lines and I say mine and then he starts stitching my dress and the next he comes more close and digs his face in my back to cut the thread and he rubs his lips on my shoulder those few seconds it felt as if current passed through my body and he sensed that now he has started to affect me and he takes his face back quickly I look in the mirror and feeling shy I put down my face looking at the floor and then he says his lines and director says cut.

Director: what a brilliant shot, just come and have a look at it. You guys killed it. Abhi ye same karna hai mujhe bakike bhi angles chahiya

Harshad's POV: honestly speaking I am a very professional when it comes to my work but this girl is driving me crazy, whatever happened just now everything was real except the dialogues, thankfully I was able to control my emotions and deliver my dialogues thank god she dint have any because she was definitely not acting I could feel it. I toh have some experience of past but she is damn new to this. I need to talk to her about this, she needs some guidance here.

Pranali's POV: the moment the director said cut I was relieved because honestly I was just too much into the scene, this guy is driving me crazy. But then we have to perform this scene again for other angles, I so don't want to this infront of everyone it's like invading our privacy but this is my job and I have to do this.

(We went to see how the scene has turned out, I felt really shy looking at my expressions so I moved my gaze to look at Harshad and him insted of looking at the screen he was looking at me and when I looked at him he winked at me and that made me more shy)

Within few minutes director told us to take our position we had to start from where Harshad is breaking the thread this time I directly looked into his eyes he had sensed that now I was getting a little nervous but he assured me with his eyes and told me not to worry and just perform and that sight of assurance helped me a lot, we finished the scene after two three cuts as we had to keep on changing our position and finally we were done.

I felt good that I was able to focus more this time I think I should talk to Harshad about this like how this man is able to control his feelings and perform with so many people around. The next scene was the tilak ceremony and we were going to shoot the dance sequence in the night so we were given a break but I couldn't directly go to Harshad's room nor could he come as we never did that in past and so if suddenly we change our behaviour things will get noticed.
