Trust is a fragile thing, it's kind of like paper, once its crumpled or ripped it will never be the same again.
The people who trust to easily get hurt and betrayed, it's as simple as that.
People like to play around with trust, they toss it around until eventually they drop it, and it shatters like glass.
Thousands of shards cover the ground, each one a memory where your trust was used or taken advantage of.
And just like if you step on the glass, it hurts and cuts you, looking back on those memories is just as painful or maybe even more painful than stepping on that glass.
Piece by piece, shard by shard. Each time you touch it, it cuts you deep.
In the end its better to just trust no one but yourself, although I guess sometimes you can't even trust yourself.
