Crashing Down

" Okay...... " Tsubaki pokes his head out of another corner and sees no one in the hallway ahead. " .......alright, coast is clear.... ".

He eventually came out of his hiding place and started sprinting again with a handgun in his hands. As he was doing it he was also looking around cautiously as he sprinted.

" The fact that absolutely no one has noticed me yet is kinda worrying me a bit.......although, I guess I should just appreciate that " he muttered as he kept moving.

" DUM! DUM! DUM! DUM! DUM! DUM! " a sound then rang in his ears.

" Hm? What's that? " he asked himself as he reached another corner. " Sounds kinda like- ".

" DUM! " something then came into Tsubaki's view.

It was not just one thing however, it was about five to six things to be exact.

They were a group of robots, carrying blasters in their arms.

Tsubaki and the robots looked at each other for a moment.

Tsubaki blinked then spoke. " Uh............hi.....? ".

The robots then pointed their blasters at Tsubaki's face. " Intruder spotted! Commencing capturing! ".

" Uh..... ".

About a second later, Tsubaki was running away as fast as his legs could carry him from a bunch of laser blasts being fired by a bunch of robots.

" I was wrong 'bout what I said!!! " he shouted in disbelief as he ran. " Did something like this seriously happened just by me pointing out 'bout me being spotted?!! ".

" Hm?! " he then noticed something ahead of him.

There was a door on the right side of the hallway. It had a sign above it that was written in a language that Tsubaki did not understand.

( Maybe I should go in there.... but there could be something bad if I go in.....) he thought before he looked behind again and saw that the robots were chasing him while still firing their blasters at him. ( You know what? Screw this! I got no other option other than just running or shooting my gun at them! It's not like their gonna  get tired from running! Their robots for crying out loud! It's not like my gun's gonna work on them either! Who knows what the hell they're made of! ).

He was getting closer to the door.

( Alright, fine! I'm going in! ).

He stopped in front of the door and it opens automatically.

He immediately goes inside afterwards with the door closing instantly after he was inside.

Tsubaki then turned towards the door behind him. " Okay......how do I lock this thing? 'Cause those robots might break down this door at any moment.... ".

" Hm? " he then noticed something beside it.

It was a big square glowing green button that was covered by a metallic frame.

( Maybe this'll work..... ) he thought as he pressed the button.

" Beep! " a sound then came form the door. " Lock activated ".

" Oh, well that was easy.... " Tsubaki muttered as he turned around.

The scenery around him was dark and what he was standing on seems to be some sort of catwalk that was leading to some large machine at the very back of the room.

" What is.......that thing....? " Tsubaki muttered some more as he began walking towards it.

As he got closer, he started seeing the machine in a clearer way.
