Hey guys! I haven't updated in a while since I've had to focus on training. For the same reason, I won't update as much in the future. You see I have to do extra training to get my hand back in shape (after breaking my finger). Plus I have to do extra training to become the best goalkeeper in the country. You see I'm a goalkeeper in football (soccer for you Americans) and I've been selected as one of the 48 best in the country in my age and will therefore go to Elite Camp from which they will select 6 keepers that will compete for a place in the national team. The trainer for the national team watched me play last week and I'm FREAKED OUT!!!

I wanted to do a one shot about Frazel, they are a real power couple and OTP-material. I think that they aren't appreciated enough. I mean the daughter of the underworld and the son of war? Besides Hazel was only thirteen when she saved the world from the giants (and when she stopped Alcyoneus the first time by sacrificing her self), at that age Percy was a guinea pig!
Anyway, I don't own PJO or HOO.

Christian Peck's POV
My name is Christian Peck and I'm a forty-eight year old ex-general in the Canadian Army. I've got plenty of medals for my service. Today had been my last day, and now I was retiring. They hat put my pension-money in a bank-account, and I was going to pick it up. I didn't trust banks!
So I was walking down the street to the bank. In front of me, there was two teenagers walking. The girl was short and looked African American whit frizzy brown hair and she was holding hands whit a tall, buff dude that looked like he had Asian heritage. They were walking in the same pace as I, so there was no reason for me to skip past them. I instead listened to their conversation.
"It's alright Frank, I know it's hard but you can do it. I'll be by your side all the time, I promise." The girl said in an old fashioned New Orleans accent.
"I know Hazel, it just feels so... Final. I don't know if I'm ready to let go of them just yet." The boy, who I assume is named Frank, spoke in a Canadian accent- like me.
"It's not about letting go, it's about moving on. They will be in your heart as long as your alive, and then you'll meet them. At least your mom, you know I've conferred whit Nico, and your mom is in Elysium, but you grandmother is still in line." Hazel comfort Frank.
Their conversation seems to be about his dead mother and grandmother, poor kid. But it was weird how certain the the girl sounded about what happens when you die. I assumed they were religious and believed that Hazels words were true.
"Thanks Hazel, your support means a lot. I love you." He stopped and kissed her. It wasn't like one of those hormonal make out sessions a lot of teens had now a days. It was a short, gentle and loving kiss that only lasted a few seconds. Then they looked in to each other's eyes whit more love than I thought was possible in a teenage relationship.
I walked past the teens because even trough I wanted to hear more of their conversation, I would seem very creepy and stalker-ish if I stayed and watched them.

I had just finished taking out my money when I heard the boy from earlier speak a familiar name. "Hi, my name is Frank Zhang, and I'm here to pick up the money I inherited from my mom and grandmother, Emily Zhang and Rong Zhang." His voice broke and he seemed to pull back a sob. "Hazel, could you.." "Of course." Hazel gave her boyfriend a quick peck on the cheek before turning to talk to the woman behind the desk.
My head spun like crazy. Emily Zhang?! That woman had died to save my life! Was this her son? I knew she had one. I started to make my way to the kid, to talk to him.
But just as I was about to introduce myself to him, something strange happened. The doors of the bank shoot open and in came tree masked men, armed whit shotguns. The two kids quickly spun around and shot each other a look before one of the robbers stared to speak. "Listen up folks, if you do as we say, you'll leave this bank alive, if not..." He fired the gun towards the roof to make a point. "Let's start the plan, we'll need someone who works here, and a child to keep hostage."
The men assembled the banker whom were working that day while Frank and Hazel discussed some things in hushed tones, I managed to overhear them.
"Can you control the ballista?" Frank asked. What? But Hazel seemed to understand what he meant. "It isn't precious metal, but it is metal, I might be able to change it's course, but it's to risky to try whit all these people around. Are you armed?"
Wait, why did they speak as if the girl could control the bullets, and why would she think that Frank was armed, Emily had told me her son was fifteen, which meant he was sixteen now, why would a sixteen year old be armed? And how could a sixteen year old and a thirteen year old (which was the age the girl looked like) be so calm in a hostage situation?
"I've got my bow and arrows in the backpack, but I can't take it out while they are watching, and I'll need a minute to fix my bow, I had to take it apart to get it down in my backpack." What?! A bow? Why would he bring it to the bank? "I'll distract them." Hazel told Frank, who didn't seem very worried that his girlfriend wanted to distract armed criminals.
"How?" He asked. "I'll make sure they choose me as a hostage." I didn't understand what she meant but he clearly did because he nodded and kissed her cheek. "Good luck." He said. She briefly smiled at him before turning her attention to the robber who had spoken before, the leader. She narrowed her eyes and seemed to concentrate really hard.
The robber locked eyes with her and staggered over to us. He grabbed her wrist and dragged her along through the door that went to the vault. The last I saw of her was that she rolled her golden eyes at Frank.
As soon as they were out of sight Frank ripped his backpack open and took out a bow in three peaces and two arrows whit golden arrowheads. He started to rebuild the bow in a quick pace.
That's when I decided to talk to him.
"Frank!" I said and he spun around, had had grabbed an arrow and was pointing it to my throat. "Who are you, and how do you know my name?" He was seriously scary.
"I-I'm General Christian Peck." He stared at me. "Christian Peck?" He asked. He probably knew that I was one of the men who's lives that had been saved by his mother. "Yes, Frank, I owe your mother my life, I'm going to help you get your girlfriend back." He stared at me in confusion for a second. "Hazel?" He asked. "She can take care of her self, it's the mort... Other people at the bank that I'm worried about." Why wasn't he concerned about his girlfriend when she was surrounded by dangerous men whit guns?
I cleared my troth. "Do you need any help?" I asked. He looked at me for a second, evaluating me. "Sure, get everyone out of here." He said and finished putting together his bow. I nodded. It felt strange for me as a general to take orders from a teenager, but he had such authority that I had to obey him. I helped everyone out of the bank and then I went back for Frank and Hazel.
I saw the first holding a gun to the bankers head outside the vault.
I saw Hazel being restrained by the second man.
I saw the third one guarding the door.
And then I saw Frank. He was hiding in the top of a ten meter high statue in the corner of the room. I had no idea how he got up there, I didn't see any other solution than to fly up, but that was impossible.
I once again directed my gaze towards Hazel. She looked eyes whit Frank, not seeming surprised to see him on top of the statue, they both nodded to each other and when the man who was trying to get the banker to open the vault wasn't paying attention to Hazel they took action.
Hazel flipped the guy who was restraining her over and knocked him out whit a kick to the head as Frank fired two arrows whit amazing accuracy and speed at the who was guarding the door. He was pinned to the wall whit one arrow in each arm.
When the leader heard his companion scream out in pain he quickly turned around and saw the three (his two companions and Hazel). Hazel looked at Frank who signaled that he was out of amo.
The leader turned towards Frank and spotted him. He seemed shocked but quickly recovered and pointed his gun at Frank who started snickering.
I was stunned by the girls fighting skills, the boys accuracy whit the bow and both of their confidence and courage. They were amazing.
"Uh, sorry, but that is not going to work." Frank said.
"Yeah, why's that kid?" He wonders and unlocks the safety.
"Because that is a glock 16, you can't reach me up here whit that kind of pistol." He explains in a duh-voice. How could he know it was that kind of a pistol when I- the experienced war veteran- was about as far away and I hadn't recognized the gun.
The gunner fired a shoot towards Frank, but as predicted- it didn't reach him.
At first he looked angry, but then a grim grin reached his face as he remembered Hazel. He turned around to see her, simply standing there waiting for the confrontation.

I wanted to jump into the fight to help her, but decided against it. I wouldn't be more then a distraction for him since I was so far away. Besides she seemed so calm, like he wasn't a treat to her.

"Surrender, or I'll kill the girl!" He shouted. To Frank, but Frank had vanished. It was really weird- I mean the statue was really high, had he fallen down? I hadn't heard any scream, so probably not. But where was he?
The robber looked confused but looked back at Hazel, who was looking at something in the air.
I followed her gaze and spotted a bird circuling the robber. She shook her head at the bird before once again focusing on the man in front of her.
"Listen," she said sweetly "I don't want to hurt you. Just surrender and I won't harm you, I promise." She spoke simply, as if it was obvious that he was the one in danger. The man laughed at her and told her to shut up. She frowned and shook her head whit an entertained grin covering her face. She took a step forward. And that's when he fired his gun.

Time seemed to pass by in slow motion as the bullet made its way towards her and- missed? The bullet seemed to curve midair and passed Hazel about a meter from her head. He looked shocked but quickly fired again.
Hazel sighed as the bullet passed by her on the other side. "Listen-" she started, but was cut of by another shoot. She looked angry and I watched in amazement as the bullet stopped midair.
The robber looked horrified as he started emptying the chamber at Hazel, but every single bullet stopped next to the other one.
After a couple of shoots I heard a click when he was out of amo. He clumsily tried to reload, but Hazel yanked her hand to the side and the gun flew out of his hand and hit the wall, along whit the bullets.
She took a step towards him, he tried to back up but tripped and fell over. He didn't rise to his feet. He just shut his eyes and shivered in fear. Hazel walked up to him and the hostage paralyzed by fear. She calmly told them to look at her and they obliged.
She started by convincing them that the hostage had passed out before anyone started firing.
Then the bird who had circled them crowed and she looked at it. The bird flew towards me and circled me before flying back to Hazel.
Hazel nodded and called out. "Mister you can come out now please." I stepped forward since I didn't have any other option. "Who are you?" She asked me. "General Christian Peck, ma'am." I answered her. "Military?" She raised an eyebrow. "Veteran."
She smiled sweetly at me, as if she hadn't just been beating up the robber.
Then she told the robber and I that I had swooped in and saved the day.
The robber agreed to this, but I was reluctant, I knew what had happened. Just as I knew that Emily Young hadn't been nearly close enough to save my life. But I pretended to buy it, just as I had pretended not to know that no human could have done what Emily had done.

When the police arrived and I was questioned I told them the story Hazel had made up while I saw her walk away, holding hands whit Frank. He said something that caused her to giggle and place a kiss on his cheek.
And that was the last thing I saw of the two. But I never forgot them.

That's it, I just want to say that I don't know anything about guns, but I feel like the children of Mars/Ares should.
I'm afraid it might had been a little OC, but I felt like I needed to update.
