Suddenly what she'd forgotten weighed her down again.
She must have been to tired to notice her almost falling over, and Garcello catching her.
"I- uh, sorry.."
"We should get to my house, really, and we may as well take those with us and figure out what to do with them and what they are."
"I.. I guess."
They finally finished the adventure to Garcello's house, them pathetically holding the bottle and the cigarettes respectively. Annie threw hers to the ground a few times, trying to break the bottle, then would take Garcello's cigarettes and do the same thing, but they never seemed to dent or break no matter how hard she threw or what she threw at.
"Annie, they won't break.." he said, trying to save her from the exhaustion.
"I can try at least!" she exhaustedly replied as they walked inside. She took her hair out of the ponytail and gave Garcello his rather soaked hat back, while they both discarded of their shoes for the night.
"Your hair looks a little silly. The bit that was under my hat is still dry."
"Ah, I probably do look weird don't I?"
"Not weird!" he said quickly. "Just.. It's funny, half dry half wet."
"Your hair looks almost black!"
"Yours IS black!"
"Well yeah, I'd hope it still is!"
"Road work ahead, uh, yeah, I sure hope it does!"
Annie started laughing, then coughing almost as quickly.
"Ah, don't say you're getting sick." Garcello spoke.
"No no I'm fine, I just didn't get time to breathe in before laughing and couldn't breathe."
"Oh, good job!" he joked, smiling at her. Garcello then ducked into a room Annie wasn't quite sure what it was meant to be, and came back with a hairbrush.
Garcello had went over to her and started carefully brushing out her wet hair, until she said something about it pretty much.
"Wanna go upstairs? My feet hurt from all the walking, running, standing, and yelling." she said with a small laugh.
"Ah, yeah, and you're welcome to borrow one of my shirts for pajamas since you're soaked."
"Thanks!" she said with a smile, skipping up the stairs, then tripping.
Garcello laughed a little. "You alright?"
"Yeah, yeah I'm good!" Annie laughed out.
"Alright then!"
Garcello continued up the stairs, granted much more carefully than Annie, and changed before Annie emerged from the upstairs bathroom connected to his room, wearing one of his shirts.
"Hey, that looks good on you!"
