"Next!" Douglas called as he went through a line of students.

"What's up, Douglas?" Leo asked as he and the other four walked up to Douglas.

"Doing a price check on bionic kids?" Jodie asked.

"Ooh, I wonder how much I'm worth." Adam beamed.

"Well, we could sell you for parts and find out." Chase said, hugging Jodie from behind, who immediately leaned into his touch.

"All right. Well, just don't sell the part that does this!" Adam said and punched Chase, who yelped in pain.

"I'm just cataloging everyone's bionic abilities." Douglas explained.

"Oh, cool, count me in." Adam said.

"Adam, we already know what your abilities are." Bree said to her brother.

"Ugh, okay, you got me. I just really like waiting in lines." Adam admitted and joined the front of the queue.

"In addition to the bionics we know they have, Krane also gave them a lot of weird hidden abilities. Just trying to get a grip on what we're dealing with." Douglas continued.

"What does that guy have?" Bree asked as she pointed to a student that had red-glowing hands.

"Check it out." Douglas said excitedly as he took out a raw burger patty. "Oh, no, my lunch is undercooked. Oh, Thermo Hands!" Douglas called out and placed the uncooked meat in the boy's hand. The boy then placed his other hand on top, and took it off seconds later, revealing a cooked burger patty. "Why, thank you." Douglas smiled as he took the patty.

"Sweet ability, dude." Adam beamed and high-fived the boy, immediately burning his hand. "Ow! Hot! Hot! Ooh! Hey, those things are dangerous!" Adam winced as he blew on his hands.

"Try it again, I'm sure they're cool now." Jodie smiled, feeling Chase place a small kiss on her shoulder.

"Oh, no, I'm not falling for that. I got her." Adam said and high-fived the boy again, burning his hands again. "Ow! Wha-!" He winced.

In the cafe in front of the training area, Chase, Bree and Jodie were eating when Douglas walked up to them. "Hey, Chase, you are not gonna believe this. Another student has the Commando App!" Douglas beamed.

"What? I thought I was the only one with that app." Chase said.

"Yeah, you're not that special." Douglas answered, patting the boy on the shoulder.

Chase then looked at Bree and Jodie. "Don't look at us, I've been trying to tell you that for years." Bree answered.

"So, which one of these manly warriors is following in my footsteps?" Chase asked as he stood up and looked into the training area.

Douglas then moved his head. "Her." He said, pointing at Kate, who was struggling with a bottle of ketchup.

From across the room, they all turned to see Kate. "Open!" She grumbled as she continued struggling with the bottle.

"Kate?! She's the most timid girl in the whole academy! I've seen her run from her own shadow." Chase explained in disbelief.

"Oh, I've met her. She's really nice." Jodie spoke up with a smile.

"And that's the beauty of the Commando App. The enemy is caught off guard by a non-threatening subject." Douglas explained as Jodie snorted.

"But I have the Commando App." Chase said.

Douglas then laughed. "Yes you do. Look, I didn't want to scare Kate, so I told her she had a sonic scream ability instead. So until I can figure out a way to remove the app, make sure nothing triggers it and sets off... Spikette." Douglas explained.
