Hey guys! Ya probably know, I've got tons of writer's block. BUT. We are going to a friend's house so I plopped my computer in a backpack, and here I am, writing this in a car. Let's get to it!
Sophie sat at her desk, looking at the amount of homework she had to do. Lady Cadence was being nice and gave her one book to read, but others... let's not get into it. She was WAY too tired to do anything at all. She finally took Iggy from his cage, and plopped on her bet, to proceed to play with him. To her misfortune, at the moment she grabbed Iggy he launched a toxic burp AND a fart into Sophie's poor, innocent face.
"Ew, Iggy!" She spluttered. "I seriously have to teach you some manners". She sat on the floor, crossed her legs and thinked. She thinked about the Neverseen, she thought about Leafy Giraffe (Lady Gisela), and she thought about Keefe. She paid attention to how she felt when she was with him. She somehow felt... safer. Happier. He was the boy who had changed her life. Then she realized. It wasn't Fitz she liked... she liked Keefe. It was official. She was in love with Keefe Sencen.

Sophie hailed Biana rigth after the realization. She needed all the help she could get. "Show me Biana Vacker." She said, a bit worriedly and reluctantly at the same time.
"Soph? What happened?" Biana asked.
"Biana! Finally. Girl talk. Right now. My house. My room. Emergency. Bring butterblasts-" Sophie said out of breath.
"Woah, slow down! Okay, girl talk at your house, it's an emergency, and bring butterblasts. Got it.
"Did you just write all that down?"
"Yup."
"Alright, come to my house right now! If Grady or Edaline asks what you're doing here, tell them that I just wanted to have a friend right now."
"Got it! See you in 30." With that, Biana ended the call. Sophie sighed. How was she going to tell Biana this? She wasn't even sure if Biana still liked Keefe. If she did, she would be even more sad, a tiny, kind of selfish voice said inside her brain. She moved that thought to the new "I really have to tell Biana about this" box in her head. Just then, the doorbell rang (do they even have a doorbell?). She ran down the stairs, willing herself not to trip. Then, disaster struck. A pair of arms had caught her. Sophie looked up to see it was Fish. She was sure her face was redder than the surface of Mars.
"H-hi Fitz." Sophie mumbled.
"Sorry about him, he insisted," Biana shot Fitz a dirty look, "to come along." Biana pointed at Sophie, then to her head, and mimed a connection to Biana's head. Sophie understood, and plunged into Biana's mind.
What did you want to say? Sophie transmitted.
Oh, I wanted to say that he actually came because he said he was still your boyfriend. Biana thought.
Oh god, Sophie was not going to have this conversation again. "Okay, Fitz? I need you to stay downstairs. Biana and I need to have a little chat. Do not eavesdrop." She said.
"Alright, fine." Fitz said, in an innocent voice. Sophie and Biana ran upstairs and locked themselves in Sophie's room.
"Alright, we should talk in my head." Sophie suggested. Biana nodded, so Sophie opened her mind to Biana's.
Alright, so um... just to confirm- do you still like Keefe? Sophie transmitted.
W-what? No! Biana thought. No, really. I don't. I actually like... Tam.
