Hey guys!!!!! I gave y'all a chapter early cause I wanted to write one and I couldn't bear to keeper you guys waiting (heh where I said keeper was a typo but anyways here's your chappie!)
Keefe didn't know what he just did. Maybe I should go back? He thought. No. I can't hurt anyone else. It's better for me here. But, he knew where he was. He was standing in front of Foster's sister, Amy's house. Hand shaking, he rang the doorbell. Thankfully, Amy answered.
"Hi Keefe! Why are you here? Wait- PLEASE tell me Soph's here too" Amy said.
"No, Sophie isn't here. Are your parents home?" He asked in a hushed voice.
"No"
"Phew! I need to talk to you." He spoke louder this time.
"He speaks! Okay, come in."
Amy's room was nice. It looked like a typical kid's room. She had posters of things and bands all around her walls, a small wooden bed, a black desk, and string lights all over the place.
"Okay, my mom gave me these weird powers that IF I WANT make me give power to my words and I was in a coma and I ended up numbing everyone once so I ran away and that's why i'm here PLEASE help me!" Keefe ranted.
"Woah, woah woah. Slow down! So you got dangerous powers, ran away, and now you're at my house? Don't you think everyone will worry? Look for you? Or maybe Sophie's mind will shatter?" Amy said.
"All that matters is that they're safe from me. Do you have anywhere I can stay? I don't want your parents to find out and they'll freak out. I'm pretty sure they saw a wink of me when we rescued them from Nightfall and it might trigger memories." Nightfall. The name still gave him chills. The thing his mom had locked away with his blood. Good old Mom, he thought.
"Well, I know an empty house you can stay in across the road. I can design it and make it look more like a home." Amy said. "I'm pretty good at designing."
"Okay. Tell me about it."
Hey guys! This was a kinda (okay pretty short) chapter, and I'm kinda busy so sorry!!!!! The next chapter will probably be on Wednesday, April 13, 2022. See ya!
