-Chapter 9 - Blood. Lot's of Blood-

Abigail's POV:

"Tori!" I screamed as I rushed out of the nurse's office. I leave her alone for one minute and she's on the floor. Great. I knew she couldn't hear me the way her body was shaking and her eyes were fluttering open her pained moans made me cringe. "Oh my gosh-" I breathed when I noticed a large shadow gash on her side; someone had attacked her. My eyes were white now I could feel the change as I used my hands to frost over her gash it wasn't much but it helped. Slightly. Thankfully I recognized Ty and I let out a shriek that he was sure to hear as he walked down the hallway most likely looking for me. "Ty!" I screamed he didn't hear me so I yelled louder. "TYSON GRIFFIN!" Ty immediately turned around and ran towards me "w-what happened?!" he asked his voice panicked. "Someone shadow blasted her..." I answered my tears slowly falling down. "It's okay Abs, it's okay here we need to get her help." he gestured to Tori and I sniffled but moved away from her as he bent down to pick her up.

"What's going on?" I cringed when I heard Jason's voice I really wasn't in the mood to talk to him especially not now. "Oh my gosh what happened!" he asked as he ran over to us, "mind your own damn business Andrews" Ty growled turning Tori's body away from his view. "What happened to Tori?!" he answered still faking concern. "You've never cared about her before why start now?!" I snarled as we pushed past him and into the nurse's office. I could tell by Jason's crestfallen face he wasn't expecting my reaction but I could really care less especially since my friend was in danger. "What the hell!" the nurse shrieked and I rolled my eyes at her second reaction she was supposed to be used to this kind of thing by now. "Can you help her or not?" I hissed at her and she slowly nodded as Ty sat her on the table. "I'm going to call her mother this is serious." she mumbled.

I knew Tori's mom to know she wouldn't answer "her mom won't answer your going to need to call Marilyn" "-or Kate" Ty suggested and I nodded. "Marilyn isn't picking up... can you call Kate, Ty?" I asked him and he nodded and pressed her number without hesitating. "Yes?" I heard Kate's snobby voice from the other end of the phone and Ty rolled his eyes "Kathleen Griffin this is serious." he spoke and this immediately got Kate's attention I'd never heard Ty this serious before. "Where's Marilyn, Tori's hurt bad..." he mumbled but apparently wherever Kate was Marilyn was too as proven by her shriek and then her yelling into the phone "WHAT!" I rolled my eyes "your mom sucks she's not picking up and the school is calling.." I mumbled and Marilyn made a grunt of agreement before answering. "She's probably drunk" she muttered "where are you guys? Hospital?" she asked. "No we're at the school nurse." I said and Ty nodded forgetting that the two girls couldn't see him.

A few minutes passed and I couldn't help but sneak glances at Tori her eyes fluttered open and closed and I could see her eyes were a pastel yellow color. "Ty she's healing herself!" I shrieked in excitement and Ty turned to look at Tori a huge grin replacing his frown. The nurse looked at us in confusion "Oh shit uhm I mean she's using plants?" I said shrugging my shoulders, I literally had no excuse right now and I was too excited to remember there was an adult in the room with us. Thankfully Marilyn and Kate rushed into the room not to long after and I didn't have to finish the conversation with the dumb-ass nurse.

"Oh my god!" Marilyn shouted and ran towards Tori pressing her hand against her forehead and taking a look at her side. "I iced it so it's not as painful as it was..." I said when she didn't say anything. "Who did this?" Marilyn's eyes were light green I knew she was looking for someone to blame for her sister. "We don't know I found her like this..." I mumbled "No one was there last time we checked." Ty agreed.

"That's not true." we all turned to look at Jason Andrews. Fantastic my luck keeps getting better and better. "What do you mean?!" I snapped not really in the mood for anymore of his shit. "Tori was with Ethan when I was walking down the hall..." he muttered. Marilyn's eyes literally looked as if they would bulge out her head at the mention of Ethan Sterling, "I'm going to kill that son of a bitch if it's the last thing I do." she growled venom dripping from her words. "Ugh your mom's still not picking up!" Kate yelled, frustration evident in her voice. "I didn't expect her to" Marilyn murmured her eyes holding hurt in the truth of her words. Kate put a hand on her shoulder and whispered something into her ear which Marilyn gave a grateful nod to.
