You were getting light-headed as the room continued to fall for another minute or two. You held onto the shelves tightly as the world beneath you as you know it, was falling.
"Shit! Shit!!" You heard Dustin screech.

"We're going down! We're going down!" Steve yelled.
"Yeah, no shit, Harrington!" Robin shouted.
"Holy shit! We're gonna die!" You scream.
"Why don't these buttons work?!" Dustin smashed the buttons.
"Press the button!" Erica yelled, running to Dustin.
"What do you think I'm doing?!!?"

You crawled on the floor over to Robins legs, hugging one of her legs.
"What the hell?? Y/n???" Robin screamed in confusion.
"I don't know!!" You yell.
"Come on, press something! Just press the button!" Steve yelled.
"Push it!" Erica yelled.

The room stopped falling, it crashed to the floor. Your stomach fell back into your body, along with your soul.
"My groin." Steve winced. "It fell on my groin."
"I am having the worse headache ever." You groaned.

"Dustin!" Steve yelled. "Get this off of me!"
You look at Robin, panting as you quickly got up.
"I can't move." Steve groaned as you walked over.
"Is everyone okay?" Robin asked, rubbing her head.
"Yeah, I'm great, now that I know that Russians can't design elevators!" Steve yelled.
You reach your hand out to Steve, helping him up.

"I think we clearly established that those buttons don't work." Robin said as Steve pressed some buttons.
"They're buttons. They have to do something." Steve argued.
"Jeez, whats up with you?" You ask.
"Well, let's see, we just fell down who knows how many levels down," Steve said as he clicked buttons.
"Yeah, if we have a keycard!" Robin yelled.
"A what?" Steve turned around.
"It's an electric lock." You finish Robin's sentence. "Same as the loading dock door. If we don't have a keycard, it won't operate, meaning—"

"We're stuck in here." Dustin finished.
"Yeah." You reply.
"Just so you nerds are aware, I'm supposed to be spending the night at Tina's." Erica said.
"Yeah, who cares, whatever." You slump down down.
"And Tina always covers for me." Erica continued. "But of I'm not home for Uncle Jack's party tomorrow and my Mom finds out you four are responsible, she's gonna hunt you down, one by one, and slit your throat."

"Jeez, that's harsh." You said.
"I don't care about Tina!" Steve yelled. "Or Uncle Jack's party! Your Mom's not gonna be able to find us if we're dead in a Russian elevator!"
"Calm the fuck down, Steve." You mumble. "I'm getting a headache."

"Hey," Dustin pointed at the ceiling. "What if we climbed out.
"I mean, sure, why not, it's our best chance." Robin said.
"Here." You pass Dustin the screwdriver from your pocket.

You watch as Dustin climbed up, his grunts echoing.
"What we're you saying about climbing?" Steve asked Dustin as you climbed up.
"We're screwed." You look up into the empty darkness.

"Code red, I repeat, code red." Dustin said into his radio. "Does anyone copy? This is a code red, I repeat, a code red."
"We are innocent children and we are trapped under Starcourt Mall." You heard Dustin say.

You watch as Steve got up and poked his head out of the opening of the elevator.
"Hey! You gotta take it easy on that thing. Gonna drain the battery." You heard Steve's muffled voice.

You sat next to Robin as Steve talked to Dustin above.
"How was last night?" You nudge her shoulder.
"What?" Robin replied.
"Spending the night with Steve Harrington?" You ask. "I heard all night, couldn't sleep."
"We just talked about ways to get out of this shit-hole." Robin sighed. "None of them worked."

"Disappointing." You mutter.
You look up as Robin got up, scanning the buttons.
You turn around to see piss falling down the fall.
"Steve! Disgusting!" You yell. "Can you redirect your stream, please?"
You watch as the piss fell in a different direction.
"Goodness, how does he have so much urine?" You turn to Robin who gagged.
