His car was an average car, it was nice, black leather interior, and a silver finish. He opened the passenger side door and helped me get inside. He entered through the driver side and drove us away from the bar.
"How old are you? " he asked,
"Im 22, you?"
"Same, when's your birthday?"
"April 15th 1992. Yours? "
"May 19th 1992."
"Im older than you? Haha!"
"Only by a month and 4 days."
"Oh, I see we have a mathematician on our hands."
"Oh god no, I hate math, absolutely dread it."
"Well then Mr. Smith, I suppose we do have some things in common."
"Its Sam, not Mr. Smith, and only you can call me Sam."
"Wow, now I suddenly feel special."
"Haha, very amusing, (-) we are here." he said as he parked the car and began to exit making his way around to my side.
He opened my door as I got out to see a magnificent flat stand before me, I hadn't even noticed that we were in downtown Austin, the most beautiful place I can remember.
"Nice flat." I said
"Thanks, though its temporary. "
"Big tour?"
"Sort of," he said as he searched for the house key.
"Here let me help, what color is it?"
"Blue, and its a relaxations tour. "
"And you chose Austin to settle in?"
"Its like New york and London mashed into one, its purely amazing." he said sighing.
"Alright day dreamer, in you go." I said as I opened the door to his apartment.
"Thank you love." he said pucking his lips as if he was going to kiss me, he was incredibly drunk.
He laid on his couch as I began to close the door and make my way back home (which was an apartment exactly across from his).
"I'd love to stay, but -"
"No! Please, stay with me?"
I hesitated then looked at his drunk self on the gray couch, a couple hours wouldn't hurt, right?

I stand corrected, Sam threw up a lot, after making him brush his teeth 20 times, I carried him (he put his arm around my neck and I basically dragged him) to his bed, it was small, but nice, with blue and gray covers and an anchor drawing in a frame. It was calming.
"Alright happy, sit, lay down and sleep." I said as I began to leave to get him some hot tea to sooth his stomach.
"No, stay please." he said as he grabbed my wrist gently and pulled me towards him.
"Okay, okay, I'm here."
I sat next to him and he leaned his head on my shoulder, his hair was still a bit wet from the heavy downpour from earlier, and it was thundering now, possibly even taking the power out.
I was correct, the power did go out. I got up after making Sam lay on the bed and tucking him in while I searched for candles and lighters in his apartment.
I found some little tea lights and lit them up bringing them to Sams room, there was a window there but it didn't let much light in. So I set them on his window sill and his dresser.
I took off his shoes and his jacket making him feel a little more comfortable. He smiled, as did I, his hair made me laugh because it looked so cute yet messy.
I was about to retreat to the dark living room until Sam stood up and turned me around, we were in front of the foot of his bed, he smiled and placed his chin on my head hugging me tightly, I hugged him back, not tightly, but tenderly.
He was so warm, he was so soft, he let go and looked me up and down, smiling he began to kiss my neck as his hands held onto my sides.
"Sam, Sam, sammm-" his kissing muffled my plead for his attention.
He unbuttoned his shirt revealing his medium sized T-shirt and he slowly stripped off his pants revealing his Anchor boxers, I took off my jacket which revealed my black shirt and kicked off my shoes.
We kissed mouth on mouth and kept colliding, never separating, we kissed wildly but passionately, his hands held my face as mine were around his neck.
He laid me onto the bed crawling in with me, there we slept. He slept with his arms wrapped around my waist, and I slept with mine holding onto his hands. The warmth of our bodies and the candles made the perfect mood and the feeling made me feel whole again.
Drunk or not, best night ever.
