There were many things that Antonio lost in "The End." He lost his fear, his pain, and essentially his humanity. One thing he's especially grateful for is that he still has his sense of humor. After receiving the beating that he gave those cops, they're probably gonna wake up in the rain of Ireland with no clue of how they got there or what happened in the past 24 hours. They clearly wouldn't remember that they got beaten to a bloody pulp and thrown into a black hole by a walking war machine. Maybe, with a little bit of luck, they'll actually remember their names and addresses.
Antonio used a black hole to suck up the blood, teeth, and bone fragments that were beaten out of those cops. He grabbed his house keys threw them into a portal. He went back upstairs to change his clothes. He grabbed some clothes and went to his bathroom. He was about to change when he looked in the mirror. After five years, he still had his naturally tanned skin, but he also grew a mustache and a beard that he didn't even notice before. There was too much hair on his face for him to ignore. He needed to cut it off, but he never learned to shave. He knew he would heal quickly if he cut himself, but he had a different idea. He put the palm of his hand on his mouth. He slid it down to his chin until all the hair was gone. Not only can he use his black holes for teleportation, but he could also use it to get rid of things, like those cops. This was going to be really useful for when the SWAT team figures out he's still in his house. If or when they come after him, he'd be ready.
