He wasn't going to kill him, but he wasn't gonna keep him there either. He decided to put him in a gravity trap. A gravity trap consists of two portals. The portal on the top drops him and the one on the bottom catches him. This process keeps repeating until the guy trapped is traveling at a speed that burns his skin. Antonio put him in the trap and sat down to watch. All he saw was a burning blur and all he could hear was endless screaming.
Antonio said to him, "This is a perfect example of the Doppler effect, or Doppler shift. It's the change in the frequency of a wave, or other periodic event, for an observer moving relative to its source. It is named after the Austrian physicist, Christian Doppler, who proposed it in 1842 in Prague."
The other guy yelled in frustration, "Shut up and get me out of this."
Antonio said, "Ugh, it's too far away."
"Screw you!"
"Hey, I'm not the one who ran. You did this to yourself."
"Get me out of this!"
"Nein."
"I said let me out!"
"Why did you run?"
"Why did you chase me?!"
"Point taken."
Antonio dropped him on the ground directly on his neck at a speed that would kill a normal human. Antonio asked him for his name. It was Ethan Pachenko.
