"What was that about?", Kai asked as he and Morro skipped across a river.
"No way up so have to find a way out some other way", Morro said.
"Sometimes I wish you'd make sense", Kai said solemnly.
"You know it's much more simpler than what you think", Morro murmured.
"?", Kai looked at him.
"The most complicated ones usually don't make sense while the simpler ones are plain and and- they are much easier to read than you think", Morro said.
"Complicated? Pfft. Master Wu told me everything about your beef with him and more with Lloyd- we all know how scary you can me elemental aster of wind- Morro", Kai smirked.
"There's much more to it then that, Kai", Morro stiffened.
"Okay okay- jeez you are such a scaredy cat", Kai said.
"I am not!", Morro exclaimed.
"Then why do you feel so tense all the time", Kai said grabbing Morro's numb arm.
"It's because of what someone said to me- I am running everywhere with no direction...it made me feel useless", Morro said- any other man would look gloomy with dropped shoulders in defeat.
But Morro? Even while saying that, he stood his ground- straight and tall with sharpess ad his eyes and no stammer in his voice.
It just felt lifeless- as if the skies had turned grey and there was no storm inside anymore.
"Hey. We'll fid ourelves outta here- you said we can't look up. That's why we're gonna call on my friend, Cole", Kai said.
"What? The muscular guy?", I asked him.
"Hahahaha- that's what you call him...I thought I was the muscular one here", Kai said.
"Cut the crap Aris- I mean Kai- you are nowere close to Cole", Morro said frowning a little at the name, Aris.
"I'll ask about this Aris guy later- but first, I'll tell you something: my friend, Cole was in a situation like this one time and he went more down- and by down we are speakig rock-bottom down, okay? And he still found his way up", Kai said.
Morro said, "That was the help of his mother's colossus thingummy- there's no chance we'll find that around here...".
"Then we make one".
"Yeah yeah- you could weld the rocks into this shape and I can carve real quick so it turns ito this drill like thing. We both launch overselves into the air and then using my wind I lauch it at that angle from that rock...we could dig a trech cut a slab of ice pull it on to a lever the heat from you could charge............", Morro trailed off while Kai listened contently.
He found Morro's voice oddly satisfying when Morro lost himself into a world that only belog to him.
"Whe I'm with you I feel nostaglia but it's different this time...way different", Kai smiled as Morro began lifting the largest of boulders into the center of the cave.
