- Hawkins Cemetery (whatever you wanna call it💀)
Steve parked and Max was the first one to get out of the car look for her step-brothers grave. Lucas and Dustin followed after her as you stood there, watching them.

"Zoning out there Y/N?" Steve chuckled, which made you shake your head and follow the group. Steve followed you and was somewhat close. "Look, I just wanna say—" You started before you were rudely interrupted. "I know what you're gonna say, you're gonna say that you're interested in my aren't you?" Steve stared ahead as he put his hands behind his head. "No! Steve! I was gonna say that the date didn't mean anything, it was just out of pity." Steve seemed stunned but understood. "I see." You sighed and hurried ahead to where Max was already sitting in front of the grave she was looking for.

Everyone sat around her as she took her time, staring at the grave. She looked like she was in some sort of trance. "Is she supposed to be sitting and staring like that?" You asked, pointing out her trance-like state. Steve shrugged and Lucas muttered something. Max started to stand up and you were confused. "Is that supposed to happen?" You asked in a hushed tone. "Quick grab her music player!" Everyone started scrambling for a certain cassette. "Which one are we looking for?!" You asked, just sitting there. "We need her favorite song! It's Running Up That Hill by Kate Bush!" You nodded and started looking, "Aha! I found it!" You said opening it and handing it to Dustin. Dustin thanked you quickly and shoved it into Max's music player. As Lucas put the headphones on Max, she started floating up in the air and you all backed away.

Max eventually fell back to the ground as Lucas held her tight. As they started talking you got up and rushed back to the car, not wanting to be back there. After a few minutes everyone came back and Steve got in and started the car as you guys drove out of the cemetery.

- At the trailer park
Steve parked and you rushed out without saying goodbye. You ran through the door and to your room. "Y/N what's wrong?!" Your mom called out to you through the door. "Leave me alone mom! I'm fine." You answered, just wanting to be left alone. You sneaked out through the window as you heard the door rattle. You made sure to grab your music player and headphones before you left. You heard you mom say your name when she opened the door.

"Oh my god Y/N! Dave, they're not in their room again!" You heard your mom yell as she walked out. You slowly made your to Skull Rock to meet Eddie. When you arrived he was laying down, looking like he was taking a nap. You sat next to him and slowly closed your eyes as you blasted music in your headphones.

After a while Eddie shook you awake. As you looked around, startled you made eye contact with Eddie. "Ah! Good, I thought you passed out or something." Eddie laughed as he sat back. "So you weren't kidding when you said you were gonna visit again." Eddie hugged his knees. You put a hand on his shoulder. "Eddie, I care about you, why would I lie to you?" You smiled at him, he started back and smiled as well. You felt your heart flutter as he smiled.

'No Y/N! There's a whole crisis going on! You can't get attached to someone and love them! Not until it's resolved...'

You and Eddie talked for awhile as the sun started to set. "Don't you think your parents already know about the whole sneaking out thing?" Eddie asked. You started at the ground. "They have known for a few days already, and I know for a fact that my mom isn't happy. She's so...worried and scared.." You mumbled as you hugged your knees more. "Eddie, what if we have to go into this big battle or something?" Eddie glanced at you, looking confused. "What do you mean?" "I mean like...what if we have to go the upside down or something to fight Vecna you know?" You rambled, Eddie looked at his hands for a second before answering, "Are you trying to ask what would happen if one of us got injured or something?" "Yeah! Like Steve's situation or something worse you know?" Eddie sat there silent, not knowing what to say. "You know what..never mind, it's a lost cause anyway." You looked away and Eddie sighed. "Maybe you should get back to your trailer." You hugged Eddie and agreed. "I'll see you tomorrow Eddie. If we don't have to fight anything." You chucked, Eddie laughed and smiled before nodding and waving goodbye to you.

You walked along the path silently and arrived back at your trailer, you snuck in through the window and laid down. After changing into more comfortable clothes, you dozed off, thinking about the upside down and your question earlier...
