His povAnother stupid day of work. Serving more drinks.
Stupid-
"Good morning!" A voice called, opening the door. The first customer of the day, I thought. I immediately fixed my posture.
The woman was wearing a crazy yet adorable outfit, with her hair down. I tried not to look at her thighs, but they were hanging out of her shorts. Jesus.
She was gorgeous..."Hello, welcome to Angel's share." I gruffly mumbled, examining her uniform. She seemed to notice this, and covered yourself with her hands.
"Ah...sorry about that. I was hunting with Amber. I just wanted to stop off here!" I redirected my attention to her, shyly rubbing my neck. "I know her. An old friend."
"Sorry." She laughed.
"I-It's fine. What can i get for you this morning?" I sounded like I despised my job, clearing my throat after that. "Any alcohol?" She giggled at me, sitting down at the bar.
"I don't drink alcohol, I...get very sick when I drink it." She politely smiled at me. My face softened. "Sorry, there I go again."
"So you don't like alcohol?" I asked, sounding way too interested. She nodded, before giggling. "What did you say your name was?"
"I didn't. Y/n L/n, you?" She playfully grinned at me. Dear god...this woman is a dream.
"Diluc Ragnvindr."
She opened her mouth, breaking the awful silence. "What do you recommend?" She finally spoke, removing her hand from her chest. I eyed her. Just as I was going to speak, a second customer came in. Not just anyone, but it was him.
"How's my least favorite person holding up?" His frisky voice called out to me. "Since it's just you and m-"
He finally saw her, and changed personalities within a few seconds.
"Oh, hello!" She cheerfully called out to him. "Are you..."
"Kaeya. Alberich. You must be y/n. What brings you here?" He had interrupted her. I felt my face twitching with something. Why was it doing that? Maybe it was twitching with disgust, or jealousy.
"I wanted to come to the best tavern in the square. Amber told me a lot about you." She smiled at him, then turned to me.
The best tavern? Suck on that, knight boy.
"I'll take your favorite." She had redirected her attention back to me.
"How cruel to Diona." He observed her, then chuckled. "Who do you work for?" Kaeya kept asking her, but she laughed. That got me curious.
"W-well...I work many jobs actually. I go around and help anyone who needs it, only for a few days."
I grinned at Kaeya, who was also very stunned by Y/n's alluring appearance. He angrily gritted his teeth. It was on. "So, what would you like, dimwit?" I spoke, making y/n smile.
"The usual, some red wine, nerd." He sat down next to Y/n. I grabbed him and her a glass, pouring Kaeya's red wine in his cup. In her cup, I poured some grape juice. They kept chatting.
"Thank you." She clinked glasses with Kaeya. He took a large gulp, while she took a small, cautious sip. She nervously checked the time, and exclaimed. It was 10:23. "I'm so sorry, I have to go back with Amber!" She downed her drink, as Kaeya stood up.
