In the streets of Union City, a yellow and black motorcycle roared as Yang rode atop it, along with Blake sat behind her with her arms around her waist.
Yang: I can't believe she did that!
She roared loud enough for Blake to hear her over the engine.
Yang: She says she always keeps her promises, but then lie to my face about going out to look for him!
She aggressively passed an expensive hover car that was in front of them, making the driver honk at them. But Yang was too infuriated to care.
Blake: But she didn't go looking for him. She called him, and they agreed to meet up.
Yang: Well... Same thing!
Her bike, Bumblebee slowed down as they stopped at a red traffic light.
Blake: Aren't you glad that both her and Y/n okay though?
Yang: Of course I am! I just hate that Ruby lied to me like that. And went to go meet him without me!
An agitated groan escaped her lips as she leaned on the handle bars with her arms crossed, impatiently waiting for the light to change.
Blake: Well you're not the only who misses him. Maybe she was so excited to see him, she forgot to tell you.
Yang let out a scoff.
Yang: Maybe. But-
BOOM
The ground shook beneath them their feet, as their bike rattled. Surprised, they looked where the explosion was heard, and saw plumes of smoke rising up from down the street, to their left.
Blake: That looks like it's coming from the bank!
With out a second thought, Yang twisted back the bike's throttle and zoomed down the street where the smoke was coming from.
Meanwhile, at the United Bank of Money, three cop cars, and an armored police truck skidded to a halt at the bottom of the stairs leading to the entrance. The police men got out of their vehicles and aimed their pistols at the doors, which were blown open, and had smoke billowing through it.
They heard rhythmic thumping, and the ground shook every time they heard it. Upon closer inspection, it sounded like footsteps. Through the smoke, they saw a large silhouette of someone holding something under their arm.
Cop 1: Freeze!
Cop 2: Come out with your hands up!
The figure didn't listen as they went through the destroyed entrance.
Cop 3: Get on the ground!
Cop 2: Hands in the air!
The figure stopped at the top of the stairs, as he was finally out of the smoke, revealing himself to be a massive humanoid rhinoceros, heavily modified and armored with cybernetic technology. Under his arm, he held a pallet holding stacks upon stacks of dollars, all wrapped in plastic to keep it in place.
