Pedestrians shrieked as a powerful red laser beamed overhead, carving through buildings with destructive force. The laser fired again into the side of a stationary oil truck, causing it to explode. The shock wave from the blast knocked the fleeing civilians to the ground, before got up and continued to run.
As they ran, some few looked behind them to see where the lasers were coming from. A man dressed in all black with a red visor over his eyes. As they continued to run, one man spotted a teenage girl, standing in place as she filmed what was happening with her scroll.
Teenage girl: Oh my gawd! Somebody call for help!
She shouted in a valley girl tone, recording the travesty with her communication device. The villain's visor glowed with a flaming red, before he fired another laser out of it. It tore through the building towering behind her, causing debris to fall. As it was plummeting towards her, she didn't notice it as she was to busy getting the perfect angle on the super villain.
BOOM!
Just then, an explosion was heard behind her right before she was swept off her feet by someone. After the debris crashed down, her and the one who saved her stopped. Her savior then dropped her to the ground, making her look up at him with an annoyed expression.

Bakugo: RUN LIKE EVERYONE ELSE, DUMBASS!
Firing explosions from his hands, Bakugo went flying down the street towards the villain.
As the villain's laser cut through more buildings, more debris started to topple down. But a small pink figure weaved through the falling rubble. And miraculously, the debris seemed to slow their decent, if not stopping altogether. Once through the debris field, the pink figure fired four cables from one of her round wrist guards.

Uravity: Everyone get as far away as you can!
Firing four more cables down at a street lamp, Uravity pulled herself down, hauling the floating rubble behind her. Slinging the debris over her head, she retracted the cables and pressed her finger tips together.
Uravity: Release!
Just then, she landed onto the ground, as the debris she threw started to fall towards the villain with their original momentum. Sadly the villain fired a continuous beam that swept through the large rubble and reduced it to pebbles. He then set his sights on Uravity, as his visor glowed again.
