After we arrived at the hospital wing, Madam Pomfrey forced me to stay and look after Draco after she mended his wound. She told me that he would be fine and that she fixed him up the best she could, but I already knew he was alright.

I was left alone with my thoughts- oh, and a passed out Draco. I sat in a chair beside the hospital bed just like they would in the movies.

I can't believe I forgot what happened next! And I'm the one who's watched the movies, like- a gazillion times. I even read the books over, at least, ten times! I should've known he would get injured. I don't know how I could've forgotten. Wait, what if someone was reading my mind right now? It would probably be Snape or something... Snape if you're stalking me right now how about don't.

Damn and what I said to him before he passed out. What possessed me to do that! Maybe Pansy...

Yeah, I've always liked his character, and yeah, I thought he was at least a bit attractive... but still. I said it right to his face!

"You're overreacting, pretty boy!?"

PRETTY BOY? Hopefully be doesn't remember.

The memories played back in my head over and over. I was internally screaming and ranting to myself until I heard the bed creak, interrupting my inner monologue. The platinum blonde boy groaned and tried to sit up. However, he put pressure on his injured arm, wincing in pain.

"Here, Madam Pomfrey told me to get you to drink this when you woke up." I said, passing him a potion in a glass vial. "What is it?" He groaned.

"Just drink it, silly. You're injured," I smiled.

"Sometimes I feel like you're too nice to be a Slytherin. Well, at least to me you are." a familiar smirk dancing on his lips. I rolled my eyes. "Don't flatter yourself."

"Okay, madame 'finally your hair is not slicked back and ugly, it looks good.'" He grinned a cheshire wide grin and my face erupted red. I shoved him, "shut up."

"If you say so." he chuckled.

"Now, drink the potion!" I said, shoving the vial into his hands.

Draco didn't attend classes for a few days for unknown reasons (even for me). I was pushing by with Pansy until Thursday.

Halfway through our double potions period Draco strutted into class, his arm drowning in bandages. I shook my head smiling to myself as he sat down beside me.

"How is it Draco?" Pansy pouted, "does it hurt much?"

This girl had such an obvious crush on him. I didn't even need to read the books to know.

"Yeah," he replied, winking at me as he faked a whimper.

"So, where have you been Mr. Malfoy?" I grinned, quirking an eyebrow.

"Oh, wouldn't you like to know. Ms. Lupin."

"Settle down, settle down," Professor Snape said. I could see Harry and Ron making faces of displeasure out of the corner of my eye. I accidentally let a quiet chuckle slip. Snape gave me a look. Whoops?

"Today we will be making a shrinking solution." Snape's voice drew out. Shit, I guess I'm asking Draco for help... again.

"Sir," the platinum blonde called, "sir, I'll need help cutting up these daisy roots, because of my arm-"

"Weasley, cut up Malfoy's roots for him." Snape interrupted.

"There's nothing wrong with your arm," Harry hissed in our direction. Draco smirked but I just rolled my eyes.
