Lady Elizabeth Victoria Ann Beltane and Lord Richard Edward Howard III had three children and their second child was their only son, Lord Richard Edward Howard IV.
Lord Richard Edward Howard IV was born on November 1, 2300 out at Wessex Manor in Wessex Territory. The Territory that he would one day govern after his father, Lord Richard Edward Howard III.
Lord Richard Edward Howard IV was the first grandson of Lord Andrew Charles Howard and Lord Richard Edward Howard II who were first cousins.
Lord Richard Edward Howard Senior and Lady Beatrice Bourbon had extremely good luck with giving birth to the first son of the family after the birth of Lord Charles Andrew Howard III, Lord Patrick William Howard II and Lord Andrew Charles Howard.
The Line of Lord Richard Edward Howard Senior were the first son of Lord Charles Andrew Howard to give birth to the first great-grandson, Lord Richard Edward Howard III and it was through Lord Richard Edward Howard Senior and Lady Beatrice Bourbon that inherited the Dukedom of Wessex Territory.
In 2300, two great-grandsons were born to Lord Charles Andrew Howard Senior, Lord Richard Edward Howard IV and Lord David Andrew Beck.
They were second cousins to each other as their mothers were sisters and their father's were second cousins to each other through all three of the sons of Lord Charles Andrew Howard Senior.
Lord Richard Edward Howard IV was given the Dukedom of Wessex by his from oldest sister, Lady Karissa Ann when he turned 2315 when he turned 15 year old and Lady Karissa was 20 year old at the time she passed the Dukedom of Wessex to her brother to govern when he came to age in 2318.

Lord Richard Edward Howard IV in 2317 attends the cotillion of the young women who are turning 15 years old in 2315 and he is 17 years old when his father takes to the cotillion to search for his ideal bride.
Lord Richard Edward IV admires his mother, Lady Elizabeth and he wants to marry a young woman just like his mother, Lady Elizabeth and when Lady Karissa hears it she breaks out in laughter, "My dear grandson. Your mother was one of a kind. When I had her the mold was broken." Lady Karissa tells her grandson.
"Grandma. I have to find her somehow." Lord Richard Edward IV tells his grandmother.

"I must find her, father or I just won't marry." Lord Richard Edward IV tells his father.
"My son. When I married your mother. We grew up together and we are second cousins." Lord Richard Edward III tells his son.
"Your mother is 16 months older than I am." Lord Richard Edward Howard III explains " I was closer to your aunt, Lady Samhain age."
"Lady Samhain preferred your second cousin once removed, Lord David William Beck II who was 45 days older than she was." Lord Richard Edward III tells his son.
"Have you ever considered your cousin, Lady Edwina Wilhelmina Beck." Lord Richard Edward III asks.

Lady Edwina Beck was born in 2305 and she would be a perfect match for you." Lord Richard Edward III asks.
"I know that your aunt, Lady Samhain had three children, Lady Patricia Eugenie Howard was born in 2300, Lord David Andrew Beck in 2303 and Lady Edwina Wilhelmina Beck in 2305.
"I mean Lady Patricia Eugenie Howard is your age, but I think she is spoken for, but her little sister is very beautiful." Lord Richard Edward III states.
"I know that your mother would be pleased if you married her niece." Lord Richard Edward Howard III tells his son.
"The Becks are related to us through Lord Edwin William Howard who is your grand-uncle and your great-grandfather's brother." Lord Richard Edward Howard III tells his son.
"My son, Lord Richard Edward Howard IV. Lord David William Beck's mother was the very beautiful Lady Eliza Katherine Howard." Lord Richard Edward III tells his son.

Lord Richard Edward Howard IV is thoughtful and he agrees to travel to Clarence Territory to meet his first cousin, Lady Edwina Wilhelmina Beck in the presence of his aunt, Lady Samhain and second cousin once removed, Lord David William Beck II.
When Lady Edwina walks into the drawing room of Clarence Manor she curtsy to her mother and father and Lady Samhain tells her daughter, "My dearest Lady Edwina. This is your first cousin, Lord Richard Edward IV."
Lady Edwina is pleasant and she smiles " It's nice to meet you, my dear cousin, Lord Richard Edward Howard IV." Lady Edwina tells him.
"I am very happy to be here and finally meet my mother's dear sister and her family." Lord Richard Edward IV tells Lady Edwina.
"This is my brother, Lord David Andrew Beck and my oldest sister, Lady Patricia Eugenie Howard." Lady Edwin tells her cousin.
Lady Patricia Eugenie speaks up " Mother, father, isn't it customary that the eldest daughter marry before the younger daughter?"
"Customary but not required. We are not Christians, Lady Patricia and we don't follow their ways." Lady Samhain explains.
"Your aunt and I married at the same time in 2294 and your aunt was the one to persuade your grandfather and grandmother to let me marry your father." Lady Samhain tells her eldest daughter.
"Lady Patricia Eugenie. One must listen and follow their heart when it comes to a happy marriage." Lady Samhain explains.
Lord Richard Edward Howard IV is caught up between his two first cousins, Lady Patricia Eugenie Howard and Lady Edwina Wilhelmina Beck.
Both the sisters are very beautiful and it is one of the hardest decisions he has to make but in the end he decides to court Lady Edwina Wilhelmina Beck and in 2320.
Much to Lady Elizabeth 's happiness when her son, Lord Richard Edward Howard IV married his first cousin, Lady Edwina Wilhelmina Beck in 2322.
They make the most handsome couple together and they are very happy together and in 2325, they are blessed with a son, Lord Richard Edward Howard V and in 2330, a daughter, Lady Samhain Charlene Howard.
Both Lady Elizabeth and Lady Samhain are happy that their children have married and they share grandchildren together and they are Lady Karissa, Lord Andrew Charles and Lord David William Beck Senior, and Lady Katherine great-grandchildren together.
They have a very happy marriage that lasted nearly 50 years before Lord Richard Edward Howard IV passed away in 2380.
