It was summer of 1985 and I was riding around town on my bike and man the summer heat was killing me so I decided I should go to the StarCourt Mall and call my friend Max and see if she wanted to meet me there. "Hey Max" "Whats up Y/N "Yeah I was wondering if you're not still grounded do you wanna go to the mall today and get ice cream, maybe some clothes" "Shit Y/N I would sneak out for you but if I get caught again I'll be dead seriously" "Your dads such an ass" "Yeah no kidding" "Want me to bring you some back?" "With the heat today it'll melt but thanks anyways" I hung up the phone, locked my bike and walked inside the mall. I browsed around for a little walking in a couple shops before I started heading over to "Scoops Ahoy" only the best ice cream place in Hawkins, plus there was this really hot worker that went to my school. I finally saw it across the middle of the mall and walked over. I saw the hot worker talking to a girl with a white board that said "You Rule, You Suck" with tallys on only the "You suck side". She said something to Steve and he turned around and looked right at me, the girl said something again and I watched her close the window to the back room, I walked up to the counter. Steve quickly turned around "AHOY THERE!" he yelled I let out a little laugh "Would you like to set sail on this ocean of flavor with me? I'll be your captain" He paused "I'm Steve harrington" I laughed "Uh yeah I would love to set sail with you Steve Harrington" I said with a smile on my face slightly biting my lip "Well good, what can I get ya' uhhh" he said making a hand gesture towards me "Y/N it's Y/N L/N" "Y/N! Right yeah we go to the same school I've seen you around" "Yeah I've seen you too" making eye contact with him "So which flavor today" "Oh yeah um just F/F I guess" "Fun fact that's my favorite flavor" "You're shitting me it's mine too" He smiled and handed me the cone I finished paying for the ice cream and was just about to leave "So uh I was wondering if you wanted to hang out next weekend" "Really?" "Yeah I mean we already have so much in common" he laughed "Yeah um here I'll write down my number call me" I smiled at him "Will do L/N" We both smiled at each other making eye contact and I walked away "Holy shit Steve fucking harrington wants to hang out with me" I exited the mall and called Max, I told her to sneak out because I neededto talk to her and it was an emergency "Was that flirting? I mean I was flirting with him but I thought he was straight like 100% straight-est man you'll ever meet" "This was your emergency Y/N?" "Yes Max what if it was flirting, what do I do?" The week has gone by and it was finally time to go hang out with Steve, we talked a lot over the phone and he was right we really did have a lot in common. I gave him my address because he wanted where we were going to be a surprise. He told me he was coming at 9 which I thought was odd because it would be dark outside already but I figured I should trust him. I heard honking outside and looked out my window, Steve was here to pick me up. My parents weren't home and I was an only child so I just locked the door and got into his car. "Hey Y/N" "Hey Steve" He laughed "So since this place is a surprise you're gonna have to wear this until we get there" he handed me a black blindfold "Are you serious" "Com'on it won't be that long" I shot him a confused look "The quicker you put it on the quicker we'll get there" "Fine I'm trusting you harrington" He laughed and we started driving After what felt like 20 minutes he stopped the car and got out, he opened my door for me and I jumped out of the car. "Okay you can take it off now" "Thank god" I took off the blindfold and saw that we were parked on a cliff with a big open sky filled with stars "Steve this is so sick, how'd you find this place" "You know I drive alot so I just stumbled upon it" We layed out blankets and sat next to each other, we must have been sitting there for a leat an hour. "Steve?" Yeah Y/N" "Thanks for bringing me here" "Oh it's no problem I'm happy to be here with you actually" "I can I ask you something else" "You just did" "Don't be stupid" we both laughed "Seriously though ask me anything Y/N" "Were you uh flirting with me" He looked at me making eye contact and looked back at the stars "I was kinda hoping you noticed sooner or later, you know that girl at Scoops Ahoy well she's been helping me with my uh game" "Well it's working" "What's working?" He turned to me and I just kissed him I can't believe I just kissed Steve harrington. He kissed me back and climbed onto me and we started aggressively making out on the blanket next to the car. He put his hand on my abs and started lifting up my shirt "Wow L/N" he said out of breath "Do you wanna go in the car" "The car? Why the car?" "For the backseat Steve" "Oh you mean like FOR the backseat, yeah yeah let's go" Once we got into the car we started making out again and he took off my shirt as I reached for his "Are you sure you want this, like fully all the way" "I'm sure, are you?" He took off my belt and unzipped my pants "Yeah I'm sure" We were both completely undressed as he got behind me and we fogged up the windows pretty fast, both of us moaning loudly since no one could hear us "Shit Y/N that felt better then anything I've felt before" "Yeah that was really good" We put on our clothes and fell asleep with the blanket outside under the sky "Hey you still awake?" "Barely this blanket is pretty comfortable" "Do you wanna be my boyfriend Y/N" "Are you stupid, of course" "Good, good" he let out a little chuckle We fell asleep cuddling "Holy shit Steve harrington is my real actual boyfriend"
