After the weekend of rodant like creatures I decided I'd only use my bike for getting groceries and going to work. Luckily work had a medical division that could heal me up and the GPS from the bike to try and locate the bed and breakfast... Which was a bust because the creatures had left and I was not going to tell them about Jerry.
I decided I would just spend the week documenting what happened and let the organization try and determine what was in the creatures saliva that numbs the pain. It was then I started noticing little issues and random people discussing the former employees position that I replaced after he left the company.... I tried to shrug it off and move on. I left a bit early on Friday after feeling like a human pincushion and went and got some groceries and found a movie on Netflix.
When putting up the groceries I noticed a little toy army person that I hadn't put in there. I just threw it again thinking it was an accident.
As I started the movie I heard a sound but thought it was Jerry. It wasn't long until the power was cut and the whole place was dark except my spare bathroom. I decided to go investigate with Jerry on my shoulder. I opened the door to be blinded by a bright light and a rush of old moldy air filling my lungs. I instantly started gagging as it felt like the air had a million daggers in it as my body started bleeding inside and out. That was when I witnessed the toy soldier summoning a creature no bigger than a large cat. Hissing and releasing puffs of a white foggy mist that as I breathed it in it would cut my skin and lungs more before passing out I kicked the toy soldier breaking the seal and breaking the toy soldier's arms and legs.
Passing out at the doorway awaking a few hours later with a mysterious note saying "this has happened before and will continue to happen until you solve what happened to the former...."
Luckily this cat like creature was gone however its sparse white fur covering lizard like dry skin skin with three dark blue eyes was mesmerizing but when it's back would open releasing the white cloud as if breathed (guessing it was breathing). This animal's look is so foreign to animals I see on Earth I know it has to a from another place....
