I was practicing the choreo to the song "Hellavator". I stopped when the song did,except the song didn't stop. The instrumentals of the song continued but no one was singing and after a while it moved on to a different member. "The fuck? How am I supposed to practice to a song that's not even fully made." I wanted to text chan about it but figured it would've been easier calling.

"Hey chan" I say when he picks. "Hey leeknow,I see your still not using honorifics" he says and I roll my eyes. "Whatever. I'm calling because there's something wrong with your song" i said and he just hummed in response. I'm not sure whether he took offense to that or not and I honestly don't care,I wait for him to ask what I mean but when he doesn't I just decide to tell him. "There's this part in the song that no one's singing or rapping,it's like that for a some time before another member comes in" I tried explaining it as best as I could and luckily I think he got it. "The member who it moves onto,does he have a kind of deep voice?" He asks making me wonder what it has to do with my question. "Um yes? But what does that have to do with anything" I hear him laugh a bit. "Minho,that's your part. You need to rap" my eyes widened. "What no?! I can't rap. And anyways I auditioned as a dancer,I didn't rap." And there it is again,that annoying as laugh. Well it's actually not annoying,it's kinda cute- 'minho wtf was that?! Of course it's annoying' I mentally argued with myself. "Oi are you gonna stop laughing or should I just hang up" he finally stopped laughing and started talking again. "Minho,you know being an idol isn't just dancing or rapping or singing right? Especially not when your in a group. Everyone does they're part,in some songs even the singer has a rap part or the rapper has high parts. For example,jisung our main rapper has the high parts in the song we're currently working on"

"My point is,you won't just be our dancer,you will have lines that you will have to learn and perform." He said and I sighed. "is something wrong?" He asked and I contemplated telling him the truth of not. "I don't feel like talking over the phone,are you at the company right now?" I asked. "no I'm at home,but you can come over? I'll send you the address" before I could say no he ended the call. 'this is seriously not what I intended'. He sent his address and I realized he wasn't that far away,about 5 minutes or so.

After 5 minutes I arrived at his house. Not long after I rang the doorbell did he answer. "come in" he said flashing that annoying smile. I went in and observed the house, realizing no one else was there. "You live alone?" I asked when we both got to his room. "Yeah my parents and siblings are in Australia" he said and I just nodded. "So,what's up?" He asked. "Before I joined the company I was in a dance group and we didn't do singing or rapping. So I'm not really good at it,hell I don't even think I can" I said. When he didn't respond I looked up at him and saw him deep in thought. "How about we go to the company and I teach you a few things I know. I've been a trainee for quite some time and I don't mind helping you. Plus I still need to teach you your lyrics" he said. I was sceptical. I didn't want to get to close with any of the members nor spend more time with them than necessary. 'then again,I am already here. Might as well..' I thought. "Fine,let's go" I agreed and he seemed happy.

We got to the company and went to the vocal room. "Here's the lyrics,I'll rap them first to show you how the rhythm has to be,is that okay?" He asked and I nodded. He started rapping and I have to admit,he looked so damn cool. "Minho? Minho??" "Huh?" When I finally came to my senses he was right in front of me and very close to my face causing me to fall backwards. "Are you okay? You were spacing out" He asked worriedly. "Um yeah I'm okay. I think that's all, I'll practice it on my own from now on. Thanks." And with that I took the sheet of paper as well as all my belongings and ran out.

Chan's POV
'He really is something else. I'm glad he's my last member' I thought. I was snapped out of my thoughts when jisung and changbin walked in. "Was that Minho?" Jisung asked. "What's he doing here?" "Oh we were just practicing his part in hellevater" I told them and they just nodded. "Anyways what are you guys doing here?" I asked. "We texted you that we were coming here to work on a new song. You didn't answer so we figured you might already be here" changbin said. "Oh,okay well let's get to work then"
