D-Day

Bang Chan POV
I get woken up by my phone ringing causing me to groan. I just went to sleep for crying out loud. I look at the caller id and see its Felix so of course , I answer. "HYUNGGGGG" he screams. I whince and hold the phone away from my ear for a second. "Lix what the hell it's to early for you to already be screaming" i tell him when he's finally quiet. "Hyung its performance day! How are you feeling? Im so nervous"

i didnt need that reminder..oh god its here. "The day is here. I got no sleep but that's fine,it's normal. I mean when do I ever get a good night's sleep??" The spirals starting.  "Basically never" Felix says. "Exactly! So it'll all be good right? We'll do good,no great. We'll be great. I'm great,so excited lix! Can't wait-" as I continue to spiral Felix cuts me off. "Chan hyung,calm down. It'll be okay. We've been training our asses off we got this!" Felix says,trying to get me to calm down. "Yeah..um lix you know what,I think I'm gonna go do um- something! I'll see you later at the company bye!" I say and quickly hang up before he can say anything else.

Minho POV
Since it's performing day I woke up early to listen to the song one more time and mentally prepare myself for the day. I was eating breakfast when I heard my phone go off,indicating a message from Felix.

I look at the message for a minute before responding

I groan and put my phone to the side and finish eating breakfast. 'What am I even gonna say to him..?'

After a change of clothes I go to Chans house like Felix asked. When he opens the door I can see why Felix sounded so worried,he doesn't look like his normal self at all.. There's bags under his eyes,his hairs a mess. Most people wouldn't think much of him and say something like 'oh he just woke up' but to me it looks more like he barely slept.

"Oh minho! Come in..I expected to see you later at the company,what are you doing here?" He says inviting me into his house and onto the couch. "Um.." shit,I still don't know what to say. I'm silent for a few moments before he nods. "Felix sent you,didn't he?" He says and I'm kinda shocked he figured it out. "Yeah..how'd you know?" I ask.

"Lix is always like that. Kinda funny since I'm older but he always finds himself worrying about me. I guess it's since we're from the same place and I've gone through what he's going through now,I've taken him on as my little brother. And so he feels it's his responsibility as my brother to take care of me" I just look at him while he talks,taking in his features. Despite the clear lack of sleep,he's still really pretty..

"Minho??" He asks leaning in,startling me a bit. "Huh??" "You were staring. Don't worry,the makeup stylist always hides them or i do it myself before going out. That's why you're only noticing it now" he says and I nod. "Aren't you tired then? Do you want to sleep a bit more? I can wake you up in-" I look at my phone quickly "half an hour,then you can get ready and we'll leave." I say and he shakes his head but before he says anything I stop him. "Nope,it's non-negotiable,go sleep" I try sounding stern but I don't know if it works cause he just smiles,shaking his head. "Alright,okay I'll go sleep" he says standing up. He walks towards the stairs but gives me one last look and winks before chuckling and heading to his room. "This dumb kangaroo!-" I say to myself as I feel myself heat up.

Chans pov
Before I go up the stairs I give minho a wink and I can hear him saying something to himself. As much as I don't want to sleep,since we have alot more to prepare for I am tired and if there's one thing I've learned it's that its absolutely impossible to say no to Lee Minho (unless you wanna die). I got to my room and fall asleep almost instantly.

As promised,Minho wakes me up a half an hour later and to my surprise he already picked out my outfit for today. Well technically my outfit for now since when we have to perform we'll be wearing something else but still. "You seriously only have black? No wonder you always look the same." He says looking at my wardrobe. "Is that why you picked out my clothes then?" I ask him. "Yes. At least you'll look better to me knowing I styled you" He says. I'm guessing he doesn't realize how that sounds so I decide to tease him about it. "So this is about how I look to you? So my looks are that important huh" I smirk at him and can see him visibly getting nervous.

"That's not what I meant you dumbass!- you know what just get dressed so we can go" he yells though it doesn't have the same affect it usually has with how cute he looks when he's flustered. "Well..you are in my room so.. you gonna watch me get changed or?" I ask with a raised eyebrow and he immediately turns red and storms out the room. "You- just shut up and get done!" He yells and stomps loudly down the stairs while I just laugh to myself. 'exactly what I mean..cute', I think to myself before getting dressed
