Unchanged Melody

It's been 9 months since the band has released new music. They all decided the night after George's mother passed to take a break from music and work on themselves and their relationships. It was the night where they went to their families home and hugged one another, telling each other how much they loved each other and just enjoy each other's embrace.

Now I know i pointed out relationships, and you may be thinking, "oh author did Dream and George finally get together?!"

No they didn't.

But Sapnap and Karl did. They got together on the 2nd month of their break and decided to tell their friends on the 3rd month of their break. Though they did not tell their fan base. The two decided to keep it to themselves and amongst their friends.

But today marks their 12th month of not releasing music. Meaning it was December 23. The two, Dream and George, were at the graveyard visiting Lily before Christmas. They sat under a tree that was right next to Lily's grave.

George had his head laying on Dreams should and was cuddled us against him since it was cold outside. Dream didn't move one bit, he enjoyed it. It made him feel all warm inside, George was Dreams bright warm sun.

"What are we going to do for Christmas?" George asked, as he drew small circles and figurines on Dreams thigh.

"You want to do Christmas?" Dream asked turning his head a bit to face George.

George hummed in response, "I want our friends to be there. And I also want to be there with you." He said now resting his chin on Dreams shoulder.

Their faces were inches away from each other which made Dreams face warm up. George feeling the same way but wishing he didn't show it.

"Am I not more than a friend George?" He scoffed jokingly and went back to him resting his head. Dream laughed and look at the distance ahead of him. "When we get home we can decorate the house."

"Isn't it already too late for that?" George asked worryingly.

"It can never be to late for that George and if we don't finish everything tonight then we can always finish it on Christmas eve." Dream smiled.

"Can we also call Sapnap, Karl, Quackity, and Wilbur to help?"

"Yes of course we can George."

( SORY TO INTERUPT BUT I REALLY HAVE TO SAY THAT CIGARETTES AFTER SEX IS SO GOOD)

George smiled brightly, "okay." He said softly.

Dreams lips pulled into a smile as well and saw George's eyes travel to his lips then back up to his eyes. Dream doing the same. They were leaning into one another but before they could reach each other a car sirens went off, startling them.

"I swear that cars sirens just woke up the dead." Dream comments making George laugh.

"Well im going to go back to the car before the dead comes and takes us with them." George responded, getting up from his spot and brushing off himself.

"Okay i'll be in the car in a bit i just need to do something real quick." Dream said before George can leave.

"Okay, i'm going to call our friends to come over. Don't get caught by the dead!" George joked and walked to the car.

Dream now felt cold without George. He sighed and looked at Lily's grave.

"Sorry that almost happened right in front of your grave." Dream laughed awkwardly, "I've been thinking. But I don't know if it's too soon. I mean you died 9 months ago, how am i sure he's healed enough. Or if he even is ready to start up a relationship again."
