Steve shakily sighed as he stared up at the clouds that were slowly starting to form in the sky, making the little light that was illuminating the small town slowly disappear, he then looked down at the cigarette that was resting between his pointer and middle finger watching as the ash from the tip fall onto the ground in front of his shoes slowly but surely disintegrating into the wet concrete.

The brown-haired male had enough of wasting time there smoking away his problems, slowly moving his body off from the hood of his car letting the cigarette fall onto the wet ground listening to the small thud it made when it hit the ground, he lifted his foot before stepping on the cigarette until he was sure it was out all the way not to risk any small fires breaking out.

His movements were slow as he locked his car listening to the small click it did when he successfully locked it, the slight noise vibrating in his ears while he quickly shoved his keys into the pocket of his jacket, before turning around and making his way towards the quite dark fields of the Hawkins Cemetery, he walked past many graves that ranged from many different sizes glancing at the rocks now and then admiring the crafting ship that was put into these sad stones, names amongst names engraved into this sad field, Steve has grown into knowing this place a little too well since he would show up with Max to grieve over a certain male.

He moved his gaze down looking at the gravestones knowing that these people would never be able to go back to their loved ones, nor walk into their homes ever again.

Steve kept his advances walking past the grey stones finally making it to the one he mainly always came for, he moved his hand slowly tracing and gently tracing the curve of the stone, almost scared that it would shatter under his touch if he wasn't careful with it, He looked down at the name that was engraved beautifully into the stone, "William Hargrove" Steve sadly laughed as he traced the name on the stone, his throat starting to hurt as his eyes slowly started to burn and get glossy from the unshed tears that were gathering in hid eyelids, he looked down at the smaller name that was written under his actual name.

"Billy"

Steve slowly sat down in front of the dead blondes grave, still having his shaky hands on the smooth stone, he softly traced the words, the dates, and the small quote on the stone as his eyelids finally let his tears stain his red cheeks, his throat hurting letting out a pained cry, the pain deeply engraved into his soul and heart.

He moved his hands away from the gravestone placing them on his face to try and wipe away his tears of pain, the poor male shoulders shook with every sob that left his throat, his cries becoming more and more heartbreaking with every passing minute.

"You..you d-didn't deserve to-to die" Steve let out a painful cry as he leaned over resting his forehead against the cold surface of the stone, his tears never stopping their flow, slowly starting to get onto the gravestone.

He let out a whimper of pain as he shakily moved his hand clutching his shirt right over where his heart was, sinking further into his cries, his pain of losing someone he liked, the pain of watching him sacrifice himself for El, the pain of watching him be in fear but still putting himself at risk, the pain of finding out how he was treated by his father washing down with the rain and out of his body.
