Billy was gone.. Steve and everyone else in the group watched him die so how is he standing here infront of Steve's backyard in the suit he was buried in.

Steve and Robin were currently cleaning around the Store making sure that everything was organized while clocking out, Steve put his vest away while taking Robin's and doing the same to hers, he turns around picking up his car keys along with the shop keys and waiting for Robin to finish up.
He waited outside the shack holding the door open with his foot, twirling his car keys around his pointer finger waiting for his best friend to exit the small store, watching a familiar car pull up onto the parking lot next to his own car, "Rob is your mom picking you up?" Steve asked loudly while tilting his head to look inside the shack seeing the light to the break room on.
"Oh- Yeah! Is she here?" He heard her yell back watching her head peak out from the door looking at Steve from the small room, he nodded his head causing his hair to move along with the small movement, watching as Robin quickly left the break room before turning off the lights and running past the counter and out the door, Steve grabs the Video Shack keys closing the glass doors and locking them waving bye at Robin as she entered her mother's car.
"See ya tomorrow Dingus!" Steve heard her yell threw the car window as her mom drove away from the small store, he rolled his eyes at the stupid name while walking towards his car and unlocking it, quickly sitting down and turning on the ceiling light to be able to see inside the dark car, placing the work keys in the cupholder by the stick shift, before holding his own keys turning on the ignition listening to the engine softly echo threw out the empty streets at night.
Steve quickly reached over to the passenger seat opened the glovebox pulled out one of the small Cassette Tape's looking down at the song that was neatly written on it, 'Rock This Town -strayCats' Steve slightly smiled, knowing that this used to be Billy's, he makes quick work switching the tapes putting Billy's in, letting the music ring threw the car while putting on his seatbelt listening to the small click.
He eventually pulls out of the parking lot while listening to the song, deciding to go and visit Billy again today, Steve softly bites down on his lip as he turns on his headlights since it was quite dark, he kept driving threw the streets passing a few other cars on his way towards the Cemetery the drive not being longer than five minutes, due to it being so close to the Shack.
Steve slightly puts the music down as he pulls up into the empty parking lot, looking around the dark cemetery while moving his hand pausing the Tape and taking it out leaning over once again putting it back into his glove box not wanting to get the Tape ruined in any way.
He grabs his jacket from the backseat taking his seatbelt off with his other hand in the process before sliding on the dark green jacket around his shoulders not zipping it up yet, he sighs reaching for his keys taking them out of the ignition feeling the car slowly turn off, Steve moves his left hand grabbing the handle and opening the car door taking his time getting out before closing the door not bothering to lock the car since there was no one else around.
Steve started his walk once again walking threw the empty parking lot and onto the trail that lead threw out all of the Cemetery, he walked past all the graves he wasn't here to visit, heading towards the one he's always so used to visiting and talking to the stone for hours and hours.
