Billy was gone.. Steve and everyone else in the group watched him die so how is he standing here infront of Steve's backyard in the suit he was buried in.

While Steve was talking to the local Chief of Hawkins, Billy headed into the living room to keep his mind from being busy with his thoughts, he grabbed the remote from the small coffee table that was in the middle of the room and sat down on one of the couches, turning on the Tv, watching it slowly turn on the small light illuminating the room along with the light noise of the early morning cartoons playing.
He slightly shrugged and placed the remote down next to him deciding to watch this stupid show that was definitely aimed at ten-year-olds.
Billy could still hear Steve talking into the phone before hearing a soft click ring threw the kitchen along with his soft footsteps echoing into the living room, he slightly tilted his head making eye contact with the taller male watching as his eyes flickered to the Tv screen then back to Billy softly laughing. "Hopper will be over in a few to talk to you and figure out what we're going to do"
Steve eventually sat down by the shorter male also getting memorized by the cartoons that were quietly playing on the Tv screen.
"I can't believe you're getting me to watch this"
Billy let out a soft snort at the taller male's comment, tilting his head away from the screen to look at him while leaning back onto the couch. "It's not my fault you decided to join me"
Both of the males sat in comfortable silence watching the washed-down cartoon not paying attention to the time as it passed the only thing that snapped them both out of their trance, was the doorbell ringing threw out the house alerting them both that Hopper was finally here.
Billy removed his gaze from the Tv, watching as the taller male stood up from the couch as headed towards the front door, diapering past the wall that blocked him from seeing the front door, he could hear a quiet conversation assuming it was Steve welcoming the Chief inside.
The blonde male listened as the heavy Chief's footsteps got closer into the living room, he made eye contact with the older man watching as his face scrunched up into surprise. "Well then...I didn't think this- you being alive was true"
"Well I'm not alive per say old man but sure"
"Hopper how about you sit down so we can start figuring this out.." Spoke Steve as he leaned over grabbing the remote from the small coffee table, muting the Tv noise so that all three of them could talk.
All three of the males sat down in the living room, Hopper pulling out his notepad to start writing things down that he might need later on. "All right William, I'm gonna ask you a few questions is that alright?"
"Yeah sure but I go by Billy instead of William" Replied Billy as he leaned back onto the couch, watching as Hopper nodded moving his pen across the paper of the notepad before opening his mouth again. "I don't know much about this other than Steve here telling me about how you were here, which is- or was very crazy, so can you tell me how you're here?"
