Coming For The Crown

I knew since I was little, I wanted to help my kingdom. My older Jonah was 6 years older than me, so when he turned down to become king, I knew it was my time to shine. I was already taught how to wield a sword, how to hunt for food, and how to run a kingdom.

I also learned my princess duties. Which are cooking, cleaning, learning how to do makeup, and things that don't help rule kingdoms. I will understand that princesses can be the king of the Kingdom, if you shall say. My mother said I was born a Queen; I don't think she thought I would take it literally.

Oh, I forgot to introduce myself. My name is Eleanor, Eleanor Gupta. I am the first daughter and second of the King and Queen of Lonaetha Moor Falls Kingdom. My parents' names are Albert and Priscilla. I have four siblings; first is Jonah, then Aubrey, next is Annette, and lastly is Blain.

Jonah is 25, married, has two kids and one on the way. Jonah had declined the throne because in our kingdom you must marry another loyal one once you are king or queen.

Jonah though had fallen in love with a maiden, and he wanted to continue living a life of her, so he followed his heart. Soon after he had declined the offer he decided to propose to his now wife, Elsie. And well the rest became history, in our books.

He has caramel brown hair, green eyes with a hint of blue, his nose points only a little, his lips have a small 'm' to them, and overall, incredibly handsome.

Next is me! I have milk chocolate brown hair, blues eyes with some green, yellow, and brown, freckles that cover my face, my nose is a button but points out a bit, I have wide lips meaning that I have a big upper and lower lip, my lips still carry the small 'm' that Jonah has.

Then there is Aubrey, she has honey blonde hair, green eyes with brown in them, a nose like Jonah, and lips like mine. She has freckles, but not on her face.

Then Annette, she has dirty blonde hair, her eyes are blue with some yellow, her nose is button but does not point out, her lips do not have the small 'm' and her bottom lip is smaller than her top lip.

Lastly is Blain, he has sun kissed brown hair, he has green eyes with a lot of brown in them, his nose does not point but is bigger on the sides, his lips are small and do not carry the small 'm'.

We all are a shade or close to beige. My father has cappuccino hair, he has freckles that cover his face, green eyes with brown in them, he has a pointed nose that is wider on the sides, his lips do not have the small 'm' and are small. His face stays cold the majority of the time, but one with family it's different.

My mother has sandy blonde hair, blue eyes with a hint of yellow, her nose is button with no point, she has a small 'm' on her lips with her bottom and upper lip being bigger.

As you can tell, we have mixtures of our parents' hair and eyes. Some of us have the point in our nose like our father, while ours have a button. Together my parents made very handsome and beautiful kids, if I say so myself.

Our Kingdom is just as beautiful, to be honest I know I would never win a beauty contest and this Kingdom. All the girls here are very pretty and I mean very pretty. Our Kingdom takes pride in all the beautiful people, even if they don't notice it.

I can't wait to rule it. Make alliances, make this Kingdom better for the future generation, listen to my generation in the change we need, open the gates for people even if they are not royals. Let the people have a say in what we do. I have several plans for this Kingdom, I just have to wait for the time.

And that means I have to wait years, I will because I love my kingdom and I'll do anything to make sure it's safe, protected, and welcoming. That is my mission.

I will make The Kingdom of Lonaetha Moor Falls great. It is stronger than any other Kingdom not only in warriors, but it's kindness. This will be my Kingdom and I will be proud to say that.

I fight for my place in this world, just like I have done for years already. My family and I will keep fighting for our place in the world, no matter what. That's how it will always be.

Anyways, enough about me. Let me tell you about my best friends Ash Ryan and Mia Logan. Ash works in the kitchen; his father is the chef. He has dirty blonde hair, hazel eyes, his jawline is pointed, his nose doesn't point or anything, his lips are small and look rough.

Mia, she helps in the garden, her mother is the main gardener. She has light ginger hair, dark brown eyes, she has a small point in her nose, her upper lip is small, but her bottom lip makes up for that.

Then there is my boyfriend, Harvey Poole. He is a prince in the Kingdom next to ours, while on the left side of us. He has gorgeous strawberry blonde hair, green eyes with some brown, no point nose but it is wider, lips are small, but the softness makes up for it.

Sun god must have created him, because he is absolutely perfect in every way. My whole family likes him, and that's always a bonus.

Lastly there is Elliot Nau, my enemy. He is the prince right of us. He became my enemy when he had started to pick on Aubrey for no reason. He has medium ash blonde hair, brown eyes with yellow in the middle, he has a small point in his nose, but his nose is still wide, upper lip is small, but his bottom lips make up for it.

Harvey is first in line, unlike me. But he is only 20, a year older than me. God, I love him, we have shared several kisses and we really care for each other. I know we will rule together and make our generation and next be proud of our kingdom.

While Elliot is third in line, his oldest brother passed away not too long after being crowned King. His other brother didn't want the throne due to grief. So, that left Elliot.

I have heard rumors that Elliot became cold after his oldest brother's death. I haven't seen him since we were 14, he never talked to me, and I never talked to him. The only reason I saw him was because of his parents coming over. We caught a glimpse, but other than that we didn't look at each other.

I feel sorry, but not that sorry. He shouldn't have picked on my little sister. No one messes with my family, and I mean no one. Not even the servants in our palace.

Did I forget to mention what our castle looks like? The castle is on a hill, but It's only a small hill, nothing too big. There are mountains surrounding the whole castle, all over the hills there are pine trees. The pine trees all over the whole kingdom. The castle is white with black roof, and we have two astrometry towers. We have a north wing, west wing, and east wing. We don't have a south wing, because of that dungeon.

There are over hundreds of rooms in the castle, the east wing is where the people are going to stay for months or years, while the west is for people that are just staying for a few weeks or months. My room is in between the east and west, while my little siblings all are in the east wing. My father's office/study is in the west wing. My parents' room is on another floor, just for the king and queen.

Back in the kingdom, all the homes are made out of wood or stone. The roofs are thatch (long straw, combed wheat reed, and water reed). Most homes in our kingdom have six bedrooms and look very nice on the inside. Jonah lives in one, right next to the castle gates. I love my home; I don't think I could move anywhere else.

I love how much space there is because of the pine trees. We don't like to cut down the trees if we don't need them. If we need them, we will pray to the gods for them to plant another tree where that one was.

We all hope that the gods like our gifts and pray enough to help us. Usually they do, which is very pleasant. I pray they will help me become a great queen like all those before me. I want them to help me become stronger and help get rid of those who are horrible. I pray for these things and nothing more.
