I awoke to the sound of the alarm system on the Great Fox going off, blaring in my ears. I shot up without a second thought, only one question on my mind. We defeated Andross, so what could be wrong now? I slid out of bed and raced down the hallway into the briefing room, awaiting the answer.

"Urgh..." Falco stumbled drowsily into the room, rubbing his eyes.

Fox was right behind him, stretching and yawning.

Peppy came in right behind me, and Slippy followed shortly after.

"What's going on, General Pepper?" Fox asked now that we were all together. "Didn't we defeat Andross?"

"We defeated Andross himself, but it turns out he managed to gather a pretty sizable collection of Bioweapons before we shut down his plans," General Pepper explained. "I'm counting on you to find them all and shut them down."

"Can do, General!" Falco promised, saluting.

"Do you have any idea as to where any of them are?" I asked General Pepper before everyone rushed out.

"We think one of them may be in Sector X," General Pepper told me.

"Wait a minute, isn't that sector owned by Andross?" Slippy wondered aloud.

"It was," General Pepper nodded. "But now all we're picking up is rubble. I want you to investigate."

"On it!" I assured him, turning and heading for the door at last. "Come on, team Star Fox! Let's move out!

I raced down the corridor to the docking bay where all of our Arwings were. I hopped into mine, the farthest to the right, and waited for everyone else before starting to take off.

"Alright, straight to Sector X, boys!" I gave the order once we all had liftoff.

"Right behind you, Admiral," They nodded as we sped off.

When we arrived in Sector X, all that was there was rubble, just as General Pepper had told us.

"Hmm... something must've destroyed this place," I concluded.

"Well, for once it wasn't us," Falco pointed out as he dodged out of the way of some flying space debris.

"Wow, this place is a mess," I noted, turning sideways in order to avoid more debris that was flying about.

"This is going to be tough to navigate," Slippy announced. "But I'm picking up some strange readings just up ahead."

"Let's move, team," I ordered, starting to maneuver up and over some more debris casually floating by. "That could be what we're looking for."

"Right," Fox agreed, and we started making our way to the center of this maze of debris.

It was difficult moving over and under and through all the little gaps between debris, but we all managed to make it through the first part unscathed, but then came a split in the path.

"I'm going this way," Falco decided, starting to go left without even waiting for the rest of us to have any input.

"Oh no you don't," I told him. "We're sticking together. We have no idea what we're facing here, or where that leads."

"It all seems to dump out in the same place," Slippy assured me.

"Ugh, fine," I relented. "But I'm going with you. Who knows what lurks down that path."

I started banking left, and before Falco could protest, a barrier of debris separated the paths, and there was no going back.

"Oh please," He grumbled. "I don't need an escort."

"Oh, please," I mimicked him. "I'm anything but your escort."

"Then why did you follow me?" Falco asked me.

"I didn't want you to go it alone," I explained. "Who knows what's down here. What if you got destroyed? Who would help you then, if you were here alone?"

"Oh please, I'm not going to get destroyed, or even hit for that matter- woah!" I dove down at a steep angle just in time to avoid some fire from some Killer Bees.

"Now that, my friend, was nearly ironic," I chuckled.

"Yeah, yeah, whatever," Falco muttered. "That was only because you were distracting me. Now, keep up!"

"Slow down there, buddy," I warned him as he started to boost ahead. "We don't want to end up getting ahead of the rest of the group. Plus, going really fast in an area where we're going to have to make a lot of tight turns-" I broke off as Falco and I banked right to avoid some more debris. - "Like that one, is very dangerous as it lessens the amount of time you have to react."

"Fine," Falco slowed down again and fell back so he was right next to me.

After a few minutes of flying in silence, focusing hard and trying not to run into any debris, we met up with the rest of the crew, just as a gigantic, half-built robot flew in from out of nowhere.

"So this is the enemy bioweapon?" Peppy gasped.

"Where is the creator?!" I asked, flailing its arms about.

"What's it saying?" Fox wondered aloud.

"It's probably looking for Andross or something," I concluded. "It might go rouge once it figures out he's gone, so we'd better take it out."

"Right," Fox agreed, not hesitating to start shooting at it.

"You are an enemy," The robot noted, taking a swipe at the left side of the field.

"Falco, look out!" I warned him.

"I don't need you to tell me," He huffed, barrel rolling out of the way.

"Just making sure," I responded, firing off a bomb at the robot's head.

Falco shot off a charged shot right at the robot's chest, damaging it greatly. The robot's head was blasted off, revealing several of its weak points.

"Let's aim for the weak points!" Peppy announced.

"Got it!" I called back, aiming for one of the weak spots on the robot's head.

"I got this!" Slippy told us, starting to fly towards the robot.

Out of the corner of my eye, I saw the robot start to raise his hand up.

"Uhh... Slippy," I tried to warn him of the impending strike as the hand swatted downwards, knocking him clear out of the sky.

"Slippy!" Fox gasped.

"We've got to go after him!" I cried.

"Taking out this robot is our first priority," Fox reminded me.

"We should be almost finished with that," Peppy noted.

"I dunno," I sighed. "Slippy knew all that stuff."

"But then he just had to go charging in recklessly," Fox added. "What was he thinking?!"

"I just hope he's alright," I murmured as I fired off another shot at the robot's head.

"That did it!" Falco exclaimed as the robot exploded into a million pieces.

"General Pepper!" I contacted him on the Great Fox as he pulled up next to us. "Any idea where Slippy ended up?"

"He crashed on the planet Titania," General Pepper told us. "I'm picking up readings that indicate another bioweapon might be there."

"Oh no..." I muttered. "Let's try to find him before it does!"

"Right," General Pepper agreed. "Let's move out. To Titania!"

"Fox and I will take the Landmasters," I offered, pulling back into the docking bay before the Great Fox took off.
