Chapter I

As Anya was watching her favorite cartoon Spywars, she noticed the phone ringing. She went nearer and saw Becky was calling. "Hey Becky, what's up?" Answered Anya. She found out that Becky invited her to a sleepover. Anya got excited as she heard the news and then ran to her father for consent.

Loid was reading the newspaper and drinking some black coffee, while Yor was enjoying the fresh cookies that Loid just made. Anya reached the living room and came towards Loid. "Papa, can Anya go to Becky's for a sleepover?" Anya joined both her hands and pleaded. Loid looked at her and kept his hand on her shoulder, "Just be safe there, okay?" Anya smiled "Hai" and walked over to her room and started packing some of her clothes.

"Our daughter is so cute!" Yor smiled while looking at Loid. He chuckled, a slight blush appeared on his face, he lifted his hands and kept his hand behind his neck as he stared at his coffee cup "Hah, you can say that." Anya came back from her room with a bag and exclaimed, "I'm ready now and I'll have a lot of fun at Becky's!" The both smiled, and suddenly they heard the sound of the horn of a car. "That must be Becky, go ahead." Said Yor as she looked at the door. "Goodbye papa and mama!" Anya opened the door and waved at Loid and Yor. "Bye, be safe!" The both said.

After dinner, Loid sat in the balcony and looked up at the beautiful sky, full of stars as he felt the cool breeze. Yor joined him with two glasses of wine for the both. "The sky looks beautiful and the breeze feels so refreshing!" She exclaimed as she drank the wine and looked at the sky. "Yeah, it looks... mesmerizing." Replied Loid. He smiled as he took a sip of the wine. "Hey Loid-San, do you remember? Its our 2 years anniversary." Yor looked down at the floor as a blush came on her cheeks. "So, you do remember." Loid chuckled as he held her hands. Yor blushed really hard, she turned her head to the opposite side, trying to avoid Loid. He softly turned Yor, facing him, "Why are you trying to avoid me? Do I make you... uncomfortable?" He said with a soft, low voice.

"N-no you don't. I just think I don't deserve such a... kind husband like you..." Yor assumed. Loid blushed more and brushed off hair from her face "What are talking about Yor? You're perfect the way you are!" Yor looked at Loid and muttered, "I know you're just saying that to make me feel better." Loid felt bad and hugged Yor.

"Don't say that Yor, you're my wife and I'm saying the truth." Yor's eyes opened wide as he said that. "Show me how much you love me." Yor whispered. As soon Loid heard that, he stood up and dragged Yor to the bedroom. 'If Yor hates me and then leaves, then Operation Strix won't be successful. I don't want any suspect towards our "pretend family" so I must do something to calm Yor down.' Loid thought in his mind.

His face got red and he started sweating as he looked at Yor's charming face. "Y-Yor, do you wanna do it? If you don't then n...no need to force yourself." He whispered in Yor's ear. She just nodded off. He pulled her closer to his body as he leaned towards Yor's face, trying to kiss her.

Yor got scared and shouted "Loid-San, I can't do this! I'm sorry!" She slapped Loid and sent him flying far away. "Ahh Loid-San! Are you okay?!" Yor ran towards him, terrified. . Loid sat up and placed his hand on his head, "I'm okay, just feeling a little dizzy" His left cheek went red because of the hard slap Yor had given.

'I'm such a bad wife, my slap made Loid-san hurt! I really am a terrible wife' Yor thought with a pensive face. She helped Loid get up and supported him to his bedroom. Loid sat down on the bed. The wine's effect started on Yor, causing her to faint and fall on Loid. He got flushed as she fell on him, so he grabbed a folded blanket and covered her. She wouldn't leave Loid's hands and murmured in her dreams.

"Loid-san, stay with me. Don't leave me alone." Loid had no choice but sleep with her and wait till she falls asleep. He wrapped his arms around Yor and tried to keep his eyes open so that he can escape as soon as she fully falls asleep. His eyes slowly closed down and had a very deep sleep.
