(Currently searching for cheesy pick-up lines, some intimate/questionable moments but it's all for fluff purposes of course!)

Shuichi opened his locker early in the morning, paper cut out hearts fluttered out of his locker and scattered on the floor. Shuichi only thought about the mess it made.

Scurrying to pick up the paper hearts Shuichi saw some glimpses of pick-up lines and proposals written on all of the hearts. All signed Kokichi Ouma with a heart on the end.

"Is he at it again? He really seems to like you Saihara!"

"No he doesn't Kaede, he just jokes like that to everyone."

"Well I don't see him giving out chocolates and roses to anybody else."

"Maybe it's an early Valentine's gift or something."

"Shuichi... it's September. February is five months away, I'm sure Kokichi is patient enough to wait that long."

"He's hard to read so you never know what goes on in his head."

Shuichi grabbed the last paper heart off the ground and headed towards the trash bin, shaking his head at the words written on some of them. Some are rather endearing while others were embarrassing.

Dropping the paper hearts one at a time Shuichi saw Kaede in the corner of his eye shaking her head in disappointment. Shuichi knew she was sad at the mean act but he knew it was only a prank, so it wouldn't hurt.

"At least say thank you when you see him later!"

"Fine, you're too nice Kaede."

Shuichi went back to his locker, finally seeing the inside of it he grabbed his indoor shoes and switched them with his outdoor ones. With a few paper hearts still in his locker he closed it.

One of his friends Kaito suggested to get a lock with a key so that Kokichi won't keep guessing the locker combination and getting it right. Though it won't work since Shuichi knew that Kokichi can picklock.

"Hey Shuichi! Kaede!"

He knew it was Kaito's voice, and the low grumbling was Maki being dragged by Kaito. Awkwardly smiling Shuichi walked towards their direction with Kaede.

"I said let me go!"

After a few punches Kaito let go of Maki, who brushed off her uniform.

"I see you too are getting along!"

"Hardy, this loud mouth keeps trying to get my attention. It's so annoying, he once spilled soda on himself trying to make me laugh

"Well, did you laugh?"

"Hell yeah she did! Though it was more of a chuckle, at least I got her to smile!"

Maki eyed at Kaito, threatening to punch him again. Shuichi only laughed at their dynamic but almost fell face first when a force pushed him, though he was saved by said force.

"Woah, didn't think you were that light Saihara! You should eat more, aren't you eating the chocolates I am giving you?"

Not needing to turn around he knew it was the one and only Kokichi, Maki was now glaring at the unwelcomed guest. Kaito was less than pleased to see him as well, at least they had something in common.

"Well if you haven't I got more chocolates~!"

"Uhm, no thank you Ouma. I'm eating plentiful so no need to worry."

"Then did you like the gift I gave you? I snuck inside the school for you!"

Shuichi first instinct was to look towards Kaede, who smiled of course but he could tell what she wanted. With a low sigh he turned around and smiled lightly.

"Yes I did Kokichi...t-thank you."

"Now that's over we should head to class, the bell is about to ring."

Kaito walked to grab Shuichi away from Kokichi and pull him towards Maki who glared at him.

"My my, now that's not nice! I was only trying to give Shumai his daily hugs!"

"You already did, so there's nothing left to do now is there?"

"Well...there is something I am willing to do daily with Shumai, with consent of course!"

"Oh yeah? And that is?"

"Kissing! On the hands, forehead, even the lips and possibly on the neck too! You know the neck is one of the more, sensitive parts of the body~!"

Shuichi stood there with mixed emotions, both dumbfounded and flustered. It is shocking how Kokichi can say the most absurd things willingly and with confidence.

Shuichi had to look away, he couldn't look Kokichi in the eyes after that. Especially since his face was hot and red, covering it with his hands while Kaito started yelling Kokichi. And yet he kept silent, smiling like always.

"Why are you yelling Kaito? It's not like I asked you, or Maki."

"What is that supposed to mean? I mean yeah I would've yelled at you if you said that to Maki roll or me but I would for any of my friends!"

Kaito only yelled more louder as Kokichi was audibly snickering, it drew neighboring students around but Shuichi was still processing what he was asked. He wouldn't have thought to be asked to be kissed, daily.

"Well, what's your answer Shuichi?"

Shuichi couldn't talk at the moment, using Kaede as a barrier from Kokichi who was eyeing him. Waiting for an answer, he tried to recollect his thoughts.

"Nishishi~! Well I guess that's a no from Saihara! That's fine with me! Now can you put down that pencil Maki? I know it's very sharp and able to actually stab me!"

"Y-Yeah Maki, it's fine, I'm fine. Now calm down, you too Kaito."

After a few minutes of convincing both calmed down, though Kaede had to confiscate the pencil. Kokichi quickly hugged Shuichi almost pushing him before running off, fully laughing and not giving anyone time to react.

"It's no use to chase after him, he's too agile for you Kaito."

"Wait until I get my hands on him!"

Shuichi looked down the hallway where Kokichi fled to, he knew the words that came out of Kokichi will repeat in his head. That was when the bell rang. First period.

And one of the few classes he had with Kokichi, Shuichi knew it would be more interesting than the rest. Already getting ideas of what will happened he had to prepare himself.
