After the heartwarming moment of Tails getting a new father in the form of Y/n, they arrange a meeting to tell everyone.

(Sally's hut)

In Sally's hut were sonic and the others.

Sonic: So what do you think this meeting is about?

Rotor: I don't know, but Tails and Y/n were really enthusiastic about it.

Antoine: (whispering) I hope it's that smiling freak is leaving.

Bunni: What was that Antoine?

Antoine: (outloud) I-i said we just have to see when they get here.

Antoine's stutter was not lost on Sally nor sonic as they exchanged a glance that said there was something up with him.

Sally: Well, Y/n said it was important but he didn't say what it was.

Then Y/n and tails entered the hut to see everyone there like they asked.

Y/n: Ah, perfect! I was hoping you'd all be here for this.

Sonic: What's important that you called us all here?

Tails and Y/n looked at each other and nodded then looked back at everyone.

Y/n: I called this meeting today to tell you all that I have become Tails's surrogate father.

Pure silence. That was all there was as everyone stood like statues at this information.

Y/n: Surprised, right? I did say it was important.

Again, only silence. Then Sonic broke the ice.

Sonic:...your telling me that you have become Tails's new father?

Y/n: Correct sonic!

After that, everyone voiced their opinions of this news.

Bunnie: I am so happy for tails!

Rotor: You deserve it you two.

Sonic: I know you will do anything to protect him.

Sally: Congratulations you tail.

The only one that was still silent was Antoine but then he had a smirk on his face.

Antoine: (Thoughts) With this new information, I could get the smiling bastard to leave. But then everyone else would get suspicious on why he left, especially Sally. Maybe... I can make a deal with robotnik. Tell him about Y/n, let him be taken and then call him a traitor and get him banished.

Then Antoine was shooken out of his thoughts when he heard his name being called.

Antoine: What?

Bunnie: You zoned out there for second.

Sonic: Yeah buddy, we wanted to know what you think of Y/n being tails new father.

All eyes were on Antoine as he tried to sound as natural as possible.

Antoine: (Forced) Yes, I am happy for you two.

Sally and sonic saw that he looked like he was forcing himself to say it and that only increased their suspicions about him.

Antoine makes a deal with robotnik to capture Y/n and have Antoine call him a traitor to have everyone at knothole lose their trust and hopefully get him banished. But it quickly goes wrong.
