Sonic the hedgehog: Fun is infinite

The plan

After revealing to everyone that Antoine was planning to betray Y/n and let robotnik capture him then brand his as a traitor, everyone was shocked no more than Bunnie and tails.

Bunnie: I-i can't believe this! This can't be true! Antoine would never do this!

Y/n: Believe me, I didn't think it was true at first but Antoine made a deal with robotnik to let him capture me.

Y/n then felt someone holding onto him tightly. Looking down, he saw tails hugging him with tears in his eyes.

Tails: I-i don't want to lose you! I don't want to be alone again!

Y/n returned the hug, petting him and calming him down.

Y/n: Don't worry son. I promised I would be your father and I intend to keep that promise.

Rotor: Question is what exactly we do? We can't just charge Antoine with betrayal without proper evidence and there's no telling what robotnik will do to make sure he has Y/n.

Sally: That's why Y/n came up with a plan.

All eyes were on Y/n now.

Y/n: That's right. With my ability to make infinite copy's of myself, I can send a copy of me to be bait and let this whole thing happen. Then when robotnik takes that copy to his base, the copy can learn whatever he can about robotniks plan and fade away to get the memories.

Rotor: While that is a good idea, the main issue is we still need evidence that Antoine actually did make a deal with robotnik.

Y/n: that's why the copy will also have a hidden camera and microphone on him to record both Antoine and robotnik working together and reveal that the two made a deal.

Sonic: Exactly, now we just need an opportunity to do this.

Y/n: I have an idea. Sally, what if you send me and Antoine to spy on robotnik at robotropalis. This way it be easier for Antoine to betray me and also easier for the copy to record everything.

Sally was shocked on Y/n's suggestion. While that could work, the problem is his copy looked so much like him so there is a chance the real Y/n could be taken instead of the copy.

Sally: Are you crazy!? There's no telling what might happen if we send you there!

Y/n: I know, but if we don't do this and Antoine finds out we know about what he did, there's no telling what he could do next.

Sally was still unsure of actually going with this plan.

Y/n: Don't worry Sally. I've gotten out of crazy and tough situations before and besides there is no way Antoine and robotnik will know they don't really have the actual me.

Sally was comforted a bit by this. And she had to admit, he was right about getting out of tough situations before.

Sally: Okay, I trust you. But before I do that, I want to tell you something alone.

Y/n was curious about what she wanted to say.

Y/n: Okay Sally. Now if you excuse I got to get the camera and microphone from tails workshop. And make sure Antoine does not know about the plan.

With that, he left and the others also left to get ready for the plan. Soon all that was left was Sally and her thoughts.

Sally: (Thoughts) I must do it now, this could be the only chance I have if this plan fails and Y/n gets captured.
