I Want.

Kenny's POV.

I'm at my dorm, getting ready for the lunch with Gemma. She'll be here any minute so I spray on some perfume and decide to wait. I hear a curt knock on the door and I yell for her to come in.

"Hey! You ready?" Gemma asks as she enters my dorm room. Jen left me a note saying that she is out to buy something so I was glad she was finally getting some air.

"Yep." I say popping the "p". I grab my handbag and walk with Gemma out of the building.

"This food is amazing!" Gemma exclaimed as she takes another bite of her burger.

"Yeah it is!" I laugh at her. The sauce of the burger has made its way to Gemma's chin and I laugh further.

"What?" Gemma ask, completely oblivious to the fact that the sauce makes it look like her chin just pooped.

"Your... your chin!" I say in between laughs. I take a napkin and give it to her.

"Oh! Thanks." She giggles, wiping her mouth. "By the way, you look absolutely gorgeous today, babe." She winks.

"Thank you!" I say. I have cream type dress with flowers on, with a brown belt around my middle. A Jean jacket, brown boots and a handbag to match. A little cowgirl-y but who cares? I like it. (Outfit on sidebar.)

"You wanted to tell me something... um.. at the dorm?" I hesitantly say, taking a sip from my fruit juice.

"Oh.." it seems like the mood has shifted into a much more serious one and I'm actually scared of what she's about to tell me. "It's nothing, really."

"Gemma, I can see you wanted to tell me something important before Harry barged in. Tell me, please." I beg, I need to know what all of this is about.

"I really can't. I'm sorry." She says looking down.

What?

"What do you mean you can't tell me?" I ask her. What the hell?

"Just trust me, okay?" She says, sorry filling her eyes.

"Fine. I will, just because we're good friends and I know you won't hurt me on purpose." I say. She looks away and I let out a sigh.

...

"I will pay." I laugh as Gemma takes the bill and hide it under her jacket.

"Nope. I will, because I asked you. Remember?" She giggles.

"We'll split it?" I offer making puppy dog eyes. "I'm not letting you pay for everything Gem."

"Fiiiine!" She exaggerates. I laugh and give her my part of the money.

"Thank you!" I giggle as we walk out of the restaurant. She bumps her hip against mine and I bump back. We look like complete weirdos but honestly, I don't care. I'm having fun with my friend and I seriously don't care what anybody thinks of it. As we walk, we giggle the whole time. We finally reach the dorm building and I thank her again for the lunch and I head to my dorm.

"Hey Jen." I smile at the girl sitting on the bed. She looks quite better today, she even put some makeup on I see. I'm glad she's doing okay.

"Hey! Where were you miss Montez?" She playfully scolds, pointing out her finger like a strict teacher.

"I was out with Gemma." I laugh, pretending to bite her finger until she takes it away also laughing.

"That sucks actually. I wanted to take you to lunch." She pouts.

"It's okay, this weekend we'll have lunch together at my mom's place. Remember?" I smile at the thought of seeing my dad again. I really miss him.
