Chapter 5

Felix POV
"Keep it up Mugman!" I encouraged him to keep shooting at the Mermaid as I finally pulled out my knife. Now's my chance! I thought as something zoomed past me, I jerked back since I couldn't tell what it was. I saw something huge jump on the Mermaid as it smacked Eclipse into a rock. The Mermaid seemed to have screamed as whatever landed on it's arm growled. It slashed at her arm, cutting it off before falling and landing right beside me. That's when I realized, this creature was Bendy! Cuphead seemed just as freaked out as I was, Eclipse ran over to us, stopping not too far from Bendy and started eyeing him. Mugman seemed a mix of nervous, scared and excited.
"That's.. So.. Cool!" He shouted, Cuphead gave him a confused look.
"By the name of the moon.." Eclipse went as she stared up at Bendy.
"I didn't know you could do this!" Mugman shouted.
"Who did?" Eclipse whispered to herself.
Bendy looked over at Mugman, causing him to jump. Cuphead still looked nervous but he seemed more calm.
"Gosh. Your kinda spooky-looking!" Mugman exclaimed before giving a nervous chuckle. Cuphead put his arm in front of his brother.
"B-Bendy? Is that really you?" Cuphead said a bit quietly.
"What!" Bendy shouted causing everyone to jump.
"CUPFACE ASKED IF THAT'S REALLY YOU!" Eclipse shouted.
"Aww! Look at you down there!" Bendy said, messing with Cuphead's hair before turning to Eclipse and giving her a gentle pat on the head. This form or whatever it was, was really scaring me. "I guess that would explain your 'short' temper!" He turned to Cuphead. Eclipse looked at me.
"I guess it is him?" She said quietly. I nodded and looked up at him. We listened to Bendy laugh.
"I wish this was real." Bendy said as he straightened himself. "Sorry ladies. I'd love to stay and chat but I gotta show this b***h who's boss for now." Bendy said as Y/N finally ran up to us.
"B-Bendy!?" She shouted. Bendy looked over at her and she jumped back.
"Stay safe for me now, won't you beautiful?" Bendy asked, Y/N gulped but she did nod to him.I quickly went to Boris.
"Boris? Did this ever happen to Bendy before?" I asked him, Boris had his ears down, as well as his tail.
"N-No.." Was all Boris told me.
"Gosh!" I looked back over at Bendy. "Well, he seems to act like his usual self, I guess.." I said.

Mugman POV
Cups and I saw Bendy face to face with the Mermaid as one of her Snake-Hairs thingy was about to bite him. I reacted quickly, pulling up my laser and pointing it at her.
"Bendy! Look out!" Cuphead shouted with concern.
"Bendy! Duck!" I told him as I fired off my laser.

Cuphead POV
F**k, the f**k was that about Cuphead? I thought before hitting myself in the head a couple of times to knock some sense back into me. You don't care remember? You.. Do not.. Care! I thought.
"Bendy be careful!" I heard Y/N cry.
Why can't she ever be concerned for me like that? I thought for a split second before being pushed.
"Cups! Look out!" I heard Mugman's voice before I was even able to open my eyes.
"MUG RUN!" I heard Eclipse shout as loud footsteps approached.
When I opened my eye I saw that the ground had a giant bite out of it. Eclipse and Mugs were gone! I wasn't thinking and I fired my laser, nearly throwing Bendy off of her head as I hit her square in the face.
"SPIT MY BRKTHER OUT RIGHT NOW B***H!" I shouted. I ran to her mouth and tried to pry it open. "OPEN UP!" I shouted.
"Yeah! Spit them out!" I heard Y/N's voice before seeing her beside me, trying to pry the mouth open. I looked at her before trying even harder.
Come on bro.. Y-You promised you'd never leave me again. Please don't do this.. P.. Please.

Mugman POV
"I can't see anything.." I mumbled as I got up. I felt myself lean against something very soft.
"Are you alright Mugman?" I heard a voice say, it made me jump and I nearly fired my laser until I saw it was Eclipse. I nodded to her.
"Yeah I'm fine. I think you took most of the fall." I looked around. "What is this place?"
"I also took most of the teeth.." She whined. She looked around. "Mugman.. We're inside the Mermaid's mouth."
"Wh-Who are you?" We heard a voice say, causing us to jump. Eclipse growled and I pointed my laser.
"Who's there!?" I asked, quickly turning. I saw a beautiful lady, trying to block her eyes from the light. She looked at us like she was scared.
"Hey! You look like that giant monster lady that's trying to kill us!" I stepped closer to her, having my laser even more ready.
"N-No please.. I've got nothing to do with.." She began. Eclipse grabbed my arm and forced my to point up and away from her. "W-Wait.. You come from outside, right?" Eclipse nodded and she began to cry and sob. "Pl-Please tell me you're here to save me.. I can't take this place anymore.."
"Mugman your scaring her.." Eclipse whispered to me before going right beside her, gently shushing her. "No no, we're not here to hurt you or anything, we were just looking for something, but we'll save you. I promise." Eclipse whispered before gently wiping her tears away. I immediately felt bad.
"Gosh! No no no I'm sorry! You don't seem to be involved in any of this!" I said as I placed my hand on her shoulder. "Don't fret! We'll figure out a way to get you outta here!" I said, Eclipse gave me nod of approval before starting to look around and inspect the area. "Alright?" I winked at her.
"A.. Alright.." She said with a blush coming across her face.
"Anything?" I asked as I stood up, I looked at Eclipse, she looked back with a frown, shaking her head.
"Even with my night vision your light is throwing me off." She said with her ears going down.
"Alright.. Let's see." I said as I looked around.
"Do you know anything about this place?" Eclipse asked the mermaid. She quickly nodded.
"Yes! There's some sort of device running this whole "place".. I can't see it nor look for it!" She told us.
"Thanks.. Umm.." I said as I kept looking.
"Thank you for telling us." Eclipse said as she slowly walked past me. I realized I never asked the Mermaid's name!
"Golly!" I looked back at her. "I didn't even ask you your name!" I smiled at her.
"Oh! It's Maria, Cala Maria." She told me.
"Nice to meet you! I'm Mugman." I told her. I waved my free hand over to Eclipse. "The blue wolf over there is Eclipse. Woah! Hold on! I didn't even notice that! Are you stuck or something?" I asked her. Looking at whatever she was in.
"Yeah.." Maria sighed. "I sure am."
"Let me help you out of there." I said as I gently grabbed her on the sides. I noticed Eclipse started to search frantically now that my light was out.
"I don't think you can.." Maria said, sounding like the hope was just.. Gone. I tried anyways. I pulled as hard as I could until I got tired. "I.." I huffed tiredly. "I thought this was going to be easier." I admitted.
"Told you.." Maria said, sounding sad and disappointed.
"Mugman! I think I might've found something!" I heard Eclipse say excitedly.
