Chapter 16

No one POV
The crew kept walking towards the next piece. Bendy said that it looked like the cup of ink was the next piece to find so everyone could keep an eye out for it. Y/N tried walking over to talk to Eclipse but Eclipse kept picking up speed to get away from her. Cala Maria and Mugman looked at each other, noticing Eclipse's odd behavior. Cuphead peeked over Bendy, trying to look at the map but he still wasn't able to see anything. Felix kept looking behind everyone, feeling like the group was being watched by something, or someone.

Cuphead POV
I peeked over Bendy to try to see the map but there was still nothing.
"Can I help you Cups?" Bendy said, I noticed him looking up at me and I quickly looked away.
"Sorry, just trying to see if there was any chance I could finally see the map but it was still blank." I admitted as I noticed Y/N trying to talk to Eclipse. Eclipse kept walking away, Y/N seemed hurt. I ran up to her and stood beside her, gently rubbing her shoulder to make her feel better. "Is everything okay Y/N?"
"No, Eclipse keeps ignoring me and I don't know why! She's my best friend, I feel really bad about this. But there was something about that Sunbeam I just didn't trust, I feel like I made the right choice to make him stay away but now Eclipse just seems very upset. I don't know how to get her to start talking to me again." She said, it looked like she was fighting tears.
I reached my arm over her and wrapped it around her shoulder. I pulled her very close and she looked at me with a light blush on her cheeks.
"I'm sure she'll come around. Just give her some time to get over whatever she's going through and she'll be back to the same old Eclipse you love." I told her.
"Hey! Guys!" Bendy said suddenly, pushing me and Y/N apart and getting between us. "Didn't you hear me? We're here." He said, pointing at a giant absolutely recked mansion.
"Wait this is the place?" Eclipse said, suddenly stopping and looking at Bendy. She looked at the place and seemed scared, some actual fear was showing on her face. She began to quickly shake her head. "No, no no no, I'm not going in there! You can't make me! I'm staying out here! I'm not going in! I'm never going back in there!"
"Again? What do you mean again? This place looks like it's been abandoned for at least 100 years." I said, looking up at the run down beaten up place. It had a coated blue paint that was chipping off. There was moss covering up the corners. The whole place looked disgusting.
"No, no I'm not going inside!" Eclipse suddenly snapped and quickly backed away.
"Eclipse calm down!" Y/N finally told her, she approached Eclipse but Eclipse opened her mouth and growled at her. Y/N quickly backed away. "Eclipse, I promise nothing will happen to you, just come inside with us, please? For me Eclipse?"
Eclipse paused for a second and closed her mouth. She gave an annoyed sigh as her ears went down and nodded. We all slowly went inside, we couldn't see anything. All the lights were off except a few candles.
"Guys.. If this place was abandoned so long ago, why are the candles so fresh? And lit?" Felix said.
Everyone went quiet and paused as we stood still in the middle of the darkness. We heard a muffled singing in the distance. That's when we all realized, this place wasn't abandoned, and we weren't alone.

Felix POV
I gently held Y/N's arm and got her behind me. I could hear the singing but just barely understood it.
"When your in love..." Some of it was muffled. "Lonely moments only get lonelier... The more your in love.. If your alone..."
I looked around and tried to reach Eclipse but her dark fur almost made her unseeable. Once I felt her soft fur, I reached up and whispered in her ear.
"Can you light a small fire? So we could see?" I asked her.
"No, this place is too old, even a small ember will light us all ablaze. We would have to follow the candles. Or my night vision." She whispered back.
I nodded and kept Y/N behind me as the others tried staying around each other to keep each other as safe. "Actually I have an idea." She held something out, I couldn't see what it was, I grabbed it, it felt like glasses, I slowly placed them over my eyes, I was able to see. Barely, but still. I grabbed the rest and handed them to the others.
"Everyone, come on, now that we're able to see we can find the ink machine piece and get the heck out of here." I said to everyone as we began to walk forward. We slowly went into this long corridor and the singing was much more louder.
"This is a place of memories! Of you and me! You were my love! Then you left me! When your in love you should know! Lonely moments only feel lonelier! The more you are in love! Then if your alone!" The singing suddenly stopped and we all saw Eclipse go quiet. I couldn't see much further, the glasses could only give me so much distance. Suddenly a thousand candles by the wall were lit, the room was much more visible and lighter now. Eclipse got to the ground, her entire body shivering. Whatever she was seeing was clearly terrifying her.
"Eclipse? What's going on?" Boris said, clutching Bendy's arm but also trying not to hurt his brother. We all slowly took off our glasses and we saw him.
There was a giant black figure sitting on a weird throne. It was glaring at all of us but it had it's attention mainly on Eclipse.
"Wh-Who are you?" Y/N said with her voice shaking.
The black figure got up, it was now more easy to see that it was a wolf. It walked closer to the light and poked it's head into the light. It pulled it's head into the light to reveal it's face. It had a giant jagged scar over his eye and a lighting bolt like scar going across his right cheek to his chin. It smiled at us, it's gums were bloody as if it just ate some fresh meat right off the animal as soon as he got it. It looked at Eclipse and it's smile only widened.
"Tell them Eclipse. Who am I?" He said, his voice sounded rasp, dry, and deep. Eclipse whimpered before closing her eyes tightly.
"This is Brute.. My.. Ex-Mate.."
