Chapter 9

Bendy POV
I was feeling very excited and nervous. Y/N's arm was wrapped around mine! I never thought I would get this opportunity! She was just so beautiful and amazing. The mermaid caught my eye a little bit until she tried to kill us. However, my attention now remained hooked to Y/N. I was looking at her, she looked at me and we just stared at each other. Her beautiful E/C (Eye color) eyes had me mesmerized. I slowly leaned closer then quickly pulled away.
Don't be too forward Bendy. You don't want her to lose interest. Still she's so beautiful, her skin is so soft, she's just like an angel. I thought as I noticed Cuphead hurrying away from us and starting to talk to Eclipse. What's he doing? I thought he hated Eclipse.
"Wow, seems like Cuphead is trying to get along with Eclipse. How sweet." Y/N said. I looked over and saw Cuphead making a poor attempt to talk to Eclipse. I began to feel suspicious.
Sweet huh? That's not like Cuphead. What game are you at Cup? I thought.

Cuphead POV
I was we beginning to get very pissed off at Eclipse since she was telling me barely anything.
"I'm trying to be nice, Eclipse, but your starting to get me angry." I said with a fake smile and as calmly as I could.
"Does it look like I care? Just stop talking to me and worry about your brother falling in love." She said before walking faster and smacking me in the back of the head with her tail. I quickly hurried until I was beside her.
"Just tell me what I want to know!" I told her, trying my best not to just pull her ear and yell at her. "I want to be friends..?"
"Friends? Ha! Nice try. No thank you. I'm not helping you." She said before lowering her tail and walking with her head lower to the ground.
"Do you just hate me or something!? Why won't you talk to me?" I asked her. Trying my best not to blow up at her.
"I could ask you the same thing." She said. Her stomach growled. She lifted her tail and stopped everyone. "I'm getting hungry. Is anyone hungry?" She asked everyone.
"I am." Mugman said as he carried Cala Maria with him.
"I could eat, I normally snack on fish if you don't mind." Cala Maria agreed.
"I feel hungry." Y/N said, gently rubbing her stomach.
"I have bacon soup!" Bendy said loudly.
"I could eat something, something kinda good." Felix said.
"I don't mind hunting if everyone is hungry." Eclipse said, her tail starting to wag. "I can even get fish for Cala Maria. Is there any other certain requests?" Eclipse said, looking straight over at Y/N.
"I'll just take whatever you can find." Y/N said.
"I'll take fish if your able to find extra." Felix said. (Just let it be okay? I wanted this.)
"Fresh water to make some soup if any." Mugman said.
"Bendy and I can eat some bacon soup since that already sounds like a lot!" Boris said.
"Fine by me!" She wagged her tail and smiled. Her wings slowly sunk into her back, a big bloody wound was there but as soon as I noticed it, it was gone, her horns went back in her head and the same thing happened again with the wounds. Her size went down as she shrunk back down to normal. She slowly began to walk into the woods.
"Wait! Maybe I.. Help you hunt?" I said. Eclipse looked back. Before she was able to say something there was hurried footsteps.
"I can help too!" Felix said running beside me. She huffed.
"Thanks but I think I'll be fine on my own." Eclipse said, she almost started walking again before Y/N spoke up.
"Oh come on Eclipse! Let them go with you! Maybe you'll come back faster! After all in starving!" Y/N told her. Eclipse looked from Felix and I, to Bendy and Y/N. She clawed at her head before sighing.
"Fine. Come on you two." She huffed before walking into the woods. Felix quickly followed her but I decided to stay behind for a minute.
"If your that hungry I can make bacon soup for us." Bendy offered.
"Oh, no, I wasn't serious, it was just so she could take Felix and Cuphead with her, so she could open up to the idea of having a crew, since she was kicked out of her pack she's not used to being in large groups, just a way to.. Reintroduce her to a new pack." Y/N told Bendy. I sighed and quickly followed Eclipse and Felix before I even had a chance to lose them.

Time skip

After a while we stopped in front of a river. I sat down and sighed.
"Why did we have to walk so far to find a river!?" I complained as Eclipse was standing in the water.
"Shh! You'll scare the fish away." Eclipse told me as she lowered her head in the water. She kept her h we under the water for a long time.
"Is.. Is that normal?" I asked and looked over at Felix.
"Dragons can hold their breath, she's half dragon, also she's still standing so I assume she's fine." Felix said as he was sharpening his knife. "She's probably looking for fish. Speaking of which." Felix said as he threw his knife into the water, it stopped and slowly began to sink. "Caught one." Felix jumped off of the rock he was sitting on and walked in the water, grabbing the fish he caught and walking back.
"Alright. I got the fish." Eclipse said, finally bringing her head above the water. That's when I realized her horns were out but they were all covered in fresh fish.
"What in the holy f**!?" I exclaimed as I looked at her.
"What? I caught extra for me." Was all she said before walking away with Felix. I couldn't help but stare, stunned, I shook my head to snap myself out of it and quickly followed them again.

Time Skip

After a long time of walking Eclipse stopped me.
"Stay." She told me with a bit of an annoyed face.
"Why? Didn't we agree to hunt together?" I asked as I grabbed her arm.
"Yes but.. I don't.. You.." She sighed. "This part is going to be a bit bloody, I don't know if your comfortable with that but I need the meat." She said, moving out of the way to show a herd of.. Different types of animals all mixed together.
"I can handle a little blood. Just let me help?" I asked her as nicely as I could, despite me being a bit annoyed. Her tail went up and it began to wag.
"R-Really? Okay, then, I guess you can help me and Felix." She said, I could see her trying not to smile.
One way to Y/N's heart. Sorry animals. But I really want this. I thought as I helped her kill all the animals. She stuffed them on a weird pouch on her tail and we went back with the others. Y/N's heart. You'll belong to me soon enough..
