Lisa groaned, sitting up on her bed feeling her head aching. Despite her drowsiness, she willed herself to get up just so she could silence her phone on the bedside table.

"Argh~ What is it now?" she hoarsed.

When she unlocked her phone, what greeted her was his name—Bambam. He was the reason why her phone kept on vibrating for the past thirty minutes.

Bambam:
Oi!

Bambam:
You're not dead yet, are you?

Bambam:
You're really sick, huh?

Bambam:
But guess what?

Bambam:
Your lover is currently sulking on the court.

Bambam:
He kept on having violations

Bambam:
And I think it's because of you

Bambam:
He kept on looking for you since earlier, don't you know?

She furrowed her eyebrows. Jungkook was looking for me?

Bambam:
Jennie noona told me that he's distracted because of you

Bambam:
Look! They're almost losing the game!

Bambam:
It will be your fault if we lose this year.

She blinked rapidly, completely forgetting the fact that she still has a slight fever. She ran inside her walk-in closet, changing her pyjamas with a thick sweater and coat to wrap her shivering body from the cold.

Without much thought, she ran downstairs startling her mother whose busy making porridge in the kitchen.

"Lisa?! Where do you think you're going, young lady?" Chittip asked with her hands now resting on either sides of her hips, she interrogated her daughter with a frown.

"Mom, I'll be going out first. Don't worry, it won't take long!" she said busily while hastily tying her shoelace.

"What?! But your temperature still hasn't gone down!"

"Mom, just this once. Please? It's his game today," Lisa sulked, pouting her plump lips that looked identical with her mother's.

Chittip sighed. "You're this dedicated to the point that you're even willing to surrender your health for him, huh? What did he do to my princess?"

Lisa giggled at her mother before bidding her goodbye. Her mother could only shake her head with a forfeiting smile on her face.

She suddenly remembered herself when she was actively pursuing Lisa's father. Oh how time flies and now it's her daughter doing the same.

When Lisa arrived at the school, she could clearly hear the cheering and screaming inside the covered court. With haste steps, she went inside and there she spotted Jungkook at the center of the court, he looked really distracted. Earlier, she thought Bambam was just exaggerating but seeing him now, what Bambam said was true after all.

"What happened to Jungkook? He looked really distracted. It's my first time seeing him like this." She heard a student say beside her.

Then, she saw Taehyung and Jennie on the front row, seating side by side. She forcefully dragged her legs to walk towards them.

"Eonnie," she hoarse. Her voice came out a bit forced and hushed due to her feverish state and yet it was enough for both Taehyung and Jennie to hear her.
