"Where am I?" A voice says.
The brown animal slowly got up, barely able to balance on their hind legs.
Falling over, the animal decides to just stick to all fours.
But they don't walk, just stare at their paws.
"What am I?" They say, noticing their tan-ish mane.

"I kinda look like a fox." They say, looking around them.
They find themselves in a lush forest with bushes covered with wild berries.
They step forward, listening to the crunching of the leaves below them.
"Am I dreaming?" They ask to nobody.
Suddenly, a figure jumps out from the bushes.

They charge at the brown fox and try to bite them.
But, the fox jumps out of the way, causing the figure to crash into a tree.
The brown fox runs, not knowing how to fight.
But the creature chasing them catches up, and bites the tan tip of their brown tail.
The fox screams in pain as it scratches the creature in retaliation.

The creature is a white and light blue squirrel with yellow cheeks.
Suddenly, the fox feels a wave of electricity pass through them.
It tries to flee again but can't due to it being paralyzed.
The squirrel jumps on their back and starts scratching them.
The fox screams again, unable to stop the squirrel.

Suddenly the paralysis wears of and the fox flips over, crushing the squirrel with its back.
The squirrel, unable to escape, quickly bites the closest thing to it.
The fox stops crushing the squirrel and feels their ear.
Only to find a piece of it gone.
The squirrel runs away as the fox lays down.

They try to stop as much of the bleeding as they can but their attempts are futile.
Confusion sets in as they loose more and more blood.
"This is how I die." The voice says, getting up just to fall back down.
But just then, they hear a voice in the distance.
"So are we stopping here for the night?" Someone asks.

The fox gets up and stumbles to where they think the voice is coming from.
As they walk they stumble around more and more.
'I'm so close!' They think, hearing multiple voices now.
But their legs give up on them and they fall, just outside of their camp.
Their vision starts to fade as they let out one last:

"E-Eevee..."

Heyo!
I really got nothing to say here except "wow! I'm actually kinda enjoying writing this!"
Also I'm mainly writing this because I want to get rid of Eevee being me.
I wrote the first Pokémon life like 4 years ago, and I thought that me being the main character was a good idea.
Now I kinda hate that. So, Eevee is not me. Please don't be upset.
Anyways, Cya! I _ < <3
