Rain slurps from the cup of tea that his mother gave to him earlier. Christ and Jones did the same as they all sat together silently in Rain's room.
" So, uh....... I'm pretty sure you guys didn't come here for no reason at all...... " Rain eventually spoke. " So.......do you guys want something? Or did you both came here really just to chat? ".
" Oh! We just........came here to check up on you after the whole Dynox incident and all...... " Christ responded. " Plus, we haven't seen each other in a while so we just thought we'd come and visit! So, how ya been? ".
Rain drinks more of his before answering. " Pretty good, I guess ".
" Okay.......that's good, really good " Jones responded to his answer before looking around the room. " Hm? ".
Something in particular catches his attention, and it was the fact that Rain's watch was just sitting on his desk.
The part that Jones finds strange is that ever since Rain gained possession of it, he had almost never took it off. The only times that he could actually think of Rain taking off his watch would be when he is in the middle of taking a shower.
" Hey, you're not wearing your watch? That's rare to see " Jones exclaimed to his friend.
" Hey, yeah, you are not wearing your watch " Christ responded to Jones's claim. " Why is that? I mean, you wore it almost all the time ever since you got it so why take it off now? ".
" Oh, uh...... " Rain drinks more of his tea and looks away before answering in a nonchalant way. " ......just didn't feel like wearing it right now ".
" Oh, I see...... " Christ did not seem all too convinced with his answer. ( Okay.......something's definitely wrong here.......the way he answered earlier is kinda throwing me into a massive hole of suspicion here.... ).
" Uh.......you sure you're doing alright, buddy? You seem more depressed than usual " Jones exclaimed which made Rain glare at him.
" Like I said earlier, I'm fine..... " Rain responded nonchalantly before glancing away and slurping his tea again.
( Okay....... I think I've had enough of this .... ) Christ thought slightly annoyed as she stood up and placed her cup of tea on Rain's desk.
" Uh........ Christ, what're you....? " Rain was slightly surprised that she was slowly walking toward him.
" Rain..... " Christ leaned her face closely towards his.

" Rain, tell me what's going on with you? " Christ asked in a serious tone as her eyes were locked right onto his.
He responded confused as he raised an eyebrow. " What? What're you talking about? ".
" Don't play dumb with me, Rain. I've played a lot of detective games before so I can tell if a person is lying or not " Christ responded back. " But I don't even need to play all those games to notice that something's just not right with you..... ".
