After a couple of minutes, all of the criminals were arrested and were brought away in police cars towards the police station.
" Huh......it's all over " Rain muttered exhausted as he leaned against a nearby wall. " My first time crime fighting in a while..... ".
" Tired, boss? ".
" Kinda, but all in all I'm good " Rain said casually. " I'm gonna have to get used to this again.....but it'll be worth becoming the hero that this city needs ".
" That's what I like to hear, boss " Gabby replied.
" Hey, Red Suit ".
" Hm? " Rain turned his head and saw that an officer was approaching him with a small box in his hands. " Oh, what's up, officer? ".
" Nothing, really " the officer then hands the box over to Rain. " just came by to give you this ".
" Huh? " Rain takes the box and looks at it. " Uh........thanks, what is it? ".
" Well, when I told the backup team that you were here.....they picked this up from the station and wanted to give it to you " the officer explained.
" ? " he was still confused. " Okay......but who's it from? ".
The officer put his hands on his hips and respond with a small smile. " I think it's best if you find out for yourself ".
Despite still being confused, he agreed to his words and said his goodbyes before leaping off to where he can't be seen by anyone. Both the citizens and police officers were smiling as they knew that their hero had finally returned.

After reaching a seemingly isolated location on a building rooftop, Rain takes off his suit and begins opening the small box that the police officer gave him earlier.
" Hm? " Rain opens the lid and looks at the context within. " That's..... ".
It was only a note and a pair of old black stomping boots.
( What is with me and getting notes today? ) Rain takes the note inside the box and begins reading it. ( Oh, whatever.......alright, let's see what this says.... ).
Dear Red Suit
You're probably wondering who wrote you this letter so I'll tell you straight away. You've probably have seen me standing by the grave of Captain Tsubaki the other day. The truth is, I'm his mother and yes, I had a feeling that you were looking at my son's grave when I was visiting the grave yard. I couldn't see you but I thought you were there.
Rain widen eyes at what he was currently reading. Even though he felt slight fear and hesitation, he continued reading regardless.
I was sad to know that my only son had died, especially after the police explained to me how he did when they gave me the phone he left behind. I had some sort of feeling that it had something to do with you, but I didn't hate you for it. The reason for that is that my son left a message video during the incident he died in which he said.......
" I trust you, Red Suit. I'm sorry for doubting you. Now I know that you can be a force of good that's as good if not better than any police officer in the city. You and someone else had shown me that justice can be brought in different ways, not just within the law. I', sure you'll be able to take care of Central Way if I die. And mom, if you're watching this, then give him something to encourage him a little, okay? ".
And so, I'm giving the boots that my son wore when in high school. I'm sure this is encouraging enough, right? Plus, I'm sure he would've wanted you to have it. The spirit of the justice be brought to the city now lives on through you.
