The next morning, Sirius and Remus woke up to the smell of bacon sizzling on a pan downstairs in the kitchen, when they walked in, they found an odd sight. Kreacher, whom normally spent most of his time grumbling about the status of his masters, was sitting on a stool in the corner of the room, eating, happily it seemed, next to the picture of Walburga Black. Sirius coughed out in a fit when he realized his mothers portrait was actually off the wall and had to be offered a glass of freshly squeezed orange juice. "How...How is she off the wall??" He finally asked as he watched his mother slightly glare at him with unsettled eyes, "Well it was pretty easy." Marcus said as he handed over the two full plates of bacon, eggs, sausage and hash browns to the two men. "When Hestia and I had gone downstairs, I had actually accidentally knocked her painting. Kreacher had gotten mad at me and quietly took off the paintings cover. Probably knew she was angry. But one look at Hestia and Mrs Black's entire demeanour went rigid. She even told us how to Unstick her portrait so she could watch Hestia cook." Sirius and Remus both turned their heads to Hestia, she was smiling softly in their directions, "Is the food good at all? I made extra since it's only a couple days till the full moon. I wouldn't want Remus to feel anxious in any way."
At around 2pm furious knocking was heard at the front of Grimmauld Place, rightfully so, Remus, Marcus, Sirius and Hestia all whipped out their wands in defense while slowly making their way to the door. When it was opened, an angry Molly stood there, her face red from frustration and the heat, Remus, Sirius and Hestia put their wands down but Marcus held his up still, an annoyed look on his face. Hermione's sorry face, and Fred and George's mischievous ones was the one inclination to what Molly was annoyed with. "Sirius! Why is it that we can't floo ourselves in! Every time we tried the floo spat us back out!" Sirius leaned languidly against the side of the doorframe, a cool demeanor that showed the difference between him and Molly, "Well Molly, a floo would never allow anyone whom has been banished or locked out of another persons house in." The silence was deafening as everyone besides the house inhabitants looked at him. "WHAT DO YOU MEAN LOCKED OUT WHY DID YOU LOCK US ALL OUT!" She screeched. Sirius rung his ear with his index finger as he looked Molly in the eye, "Firstly not all of you are locked out, Hermione and the twins are gladly accepted here." As he said that the three stepped into the house without issue as Ron's face turned an annoyed and angry red, and Molly looked like she was about to burst again. "Secondly, after the way you treated my goddaughter and the man she loves, frankly I can't decide whether or not I should just hex you or get sent straight to Azkaban for murder. Don't tempt me Molly Weasley, I frankly give a shit what Dumbledore will say."
"Well that could have gone better." George remarked as he, Fred and Hermione got settled after the other Weasley's left in an a flurry of curses and anger. Remus had gone for a lie down since the full moon was in a few days and after the whole showdown with the Weasley's was feeling less than chatty. As the others were quietly discussing on how they were going to handle the coming school term, evil was brewing in Malfoy Manor.
"If he's so protective of her, it means she is his weakness as he is hers." Lucius commented to Voldemort, nodding as he watched the gardens outside, Voldemort stroked his chin, "Then the plan is perfect. From what I have recalled and seen, the other victories that the Potter girl has had, is nothing but flukes, if she has young Marcus protecting her, she must think he is the key to helping defeat me. And what of the headmaster and her friends? I presume they aren't very receptive to the whole thing." Nodding Lucius thought back to what his son had told him, "According to Draco, the headmaster has done nothing to break up their relationship, however Ronald Weasley isn't very happy with the way things are going, as well as his sister. The mudblood however finds their union quite beneficial I feel. No one has bullied her about her blood status from the Slytherin house since they got together." Voldemort listened to everything his faithful and loyal servant told him and smiled. The plan would be successful, he was sure of it.
School was about a week away, and everyone needed to go out and get their school things for the last semester. Fred and George however were very against it as they didn't have the money to buy anything but were pulled along, albeit reluctantly as Hestia exclaimed rather loudly she 'had enough money to buy things for her and the entire school so they should get their arses into the car.' Marus marveled at the girls brazeness as they sat together and walked through the paths. In madame Malkin's the five of them decided to get new clothes as their old ones seemed to be getting slightly tighter. For the boys their muscles were starting to grow a bit more making the sleeves tighter due to Quidditch practice. And the girls, although they wouldn't admit it, needed to get larger shirts due to the chest part being too small for them, especially Hestia. As the twins were getting fitted, Ron and Ginny burst into the shop, and Marcus and Hestia looked at Hermione as the three collectively sighed, right now, this was going to be the start of a long and arduous day.
