all robin did almost all week was cry and cry. she didn't have the energy to go out and let herself breathe. she was suffocated with all that is happening. nancy wheeler knew she likes girls, that she was a freak and she wasn't like anyone else. her ankle still isn't healing from the accident that occurred last wednesday.

it was sunday and she decided that she wants to clear everything that's on her mind.

she went on a short trip to the grocery store, getting a few stuff to fill up her now empty pantry again. her ankle was wrapped in a bandage but she was still limping, it wasn't hurting that much but the pain is still there.

"hmm, milk and bread.. milk and bread.. oh there." robin said while biting her lip, trying to look for the milk and bread that was apparently last on her grocery list. "robin?" a man's voice said and robin turned her back. she didn't know how whoever that was recognized her since she was wearing shorts and a hoodie that covered her up.

wearing shorts was dreadful for robin, she isn't used to exposing her skin. she wore them because she was afraid that someone might notice her.

to her surprise she saw eddie, steve, chrissy and dustin. "robin! woah, what's with the get up?" eddie said and the others looked at robin in shock, she was a completely different person. plus, she was also wearing glasses.

"h-hey guys! uhh nothing, just for a change i guess?" robin knew it was a complete lie. steve gasped when she saw robin's foot, "hey, rob. what the fuck happened to you?" robin cursed mentally, she didn't know how to come up with lies since everyone already knew how bad she is when it comes to lying.

"i slipped and twisted my ankle i think? i also scraped my elbow, it's not much of a big deal anyways, it's getting better!" good heavens that they nodded to what robin said without any suspicion. "anyways, i really have to go home. i have a lot to do." she grabbed her basket and made her way to the counter only to be stopped by dustin.

"we have a movie night later at the wheeler's! maybe you'd like to come later? the more the merrier?" the kid asked which made robin nod, "yeah, sure!" shit. robin didn't have any time to react about what she said. she didn't want to go but she also didn't want to decline since they'll find out about her issue.

"yay! cool! we'll come pick you up later. does 8 pm sound good?" chrissy asked with a wide smile across her lips. robin smiled back and nodded, there was nothing else she could do.

they bid each other goodbye when the group dropped robin to her house, they didn't want the poor girl to limp on her way back home.

"shit. shit. shit. why did i freaking say that?!" robin paced back and forth, not minding the slight pain on her ankle. no shit, she was gonna go to the wheeler's house and meet nancy there. of course nancy was there. a part of her hopes that nancy will not join them.

she fell to the couch and held her temple, she was getting dizzy. nancy this, nancy that. everything inside her head is about nancy.

she wanted to forget about everything, she wanted to just disappear into thin air and live freely, but in this society, she can't.

robin chose her outfit by 6 pm, she needs to get ready, more like ready to face nancy wheeler. her heart was racing fast, too fast that it could possibly jump out of her chest. she sighed in defeat, she wanted to reason out that she wasn't feeling well, but they'll bug her around asking her if she's doing well and stuff.

a knock was heard when robin dashed to the door, seeing chrissy all dolled up with steve and eddie waiting for them in the car. "ready?" chrissy asked with a matching eyesmile. robin always admired how chrissy was so pretty and good at everything, especially her cheerleading. she was happy to be one of chrissy's acquaintances, she wouldn't actually say friends since robin has attachment issues and has problems with gaining friends.

"uhh yeah!" robin managed to say, she didn't want to be rude and awkward towards the girl who is infront of her. chrissy grabbed her hand and slowly walked her to the car, robin smiled at how careful chrissy is with her. "hey rob! ready to go?" steve asked as he grabbed the gear lever, "yep!" robin wasn't actually ready, she felt herself spiraling in her anxiety, lots of scenarios enter her brain which made her head ache.

"you ok?" chrissy said in a whisper, the description of worry written in her face. robin smiled widely, nodding her head. she didn't want chrissy to suspect something, she was in luck because eleven wasn't with them, or else the teen will know what she's going through.

this will be one hell of a ride, well, for robin.
