In Waterfront villa

Ruby Jane finished her early morning yoga and sipped her beetroot juice. Standing at the floor-to-ceiling glass wall she watched Lisa in the pool. She can't control her breathing hence Lisa had stopped her from entering the pool and his complete workout routine was unbelievable.

Starting with a jog, he goes to the gym then swimming in the pool whereas she was constricted to a mat on the floor for her yoga.

A maid nurse who was cleaning watched Lisa getting out of the pool in swimming trunks. Ruby Jane, who turned to leave, noticed the maid drooling and looked at Lisa again.

Undoubtedly he managed his physique really hot even in his busy schedule. The water tracing on his defined abs and droplets on his wet hair was too much to handle. The maids and even the neighbor villa university girl peek at him daily for the feastful sight.

Ruby Jane rolled her eyes and sat on her chair at the patio for breakfast. Before Lisa could reach there, she finished some cupcakes and then started eating a healthy breakfast.

Lisa spoke when they were almost done, "I will take you to hospital for a regular checkup then you can go to your office."

Ruby Jane knew she had to visit the hospital according to her schedule so she had cleared her day, "I want to start swimming."

He didn't expect that request all of sudden and he had no idea she knew to swim, "You can start breathing exercise in the water. Start off from a single lap and you can increase later."

Ruby Jane didn't expect that was going to be so easy. She thought she would have to argue half a day. "Then jogging?"

Lisa placed his juice glass calmly on the table and looked at her playing with a boiled egg waiting for his responses, "Are you planning to follow my workout? Or... Do you want to work out with me?" He will go on cloud nine if it's the latter option.

'Oh please, all maids will curse me to death and the next door girl probably wants to rip me off.'

"No, I just tested." She wanted to see if he was going to say yes or no. Anyway, she doesn't like running.

Lisa: "..."

In M Hospital

Lisa personally monitored her checkup routine making sure she was alright without getting angry at any doctor and the latter never dared to misbehave in his presence.

Naomi saw Lisa's car parked when she reached so she excitedly went to his office but saw Ruby Jane sitting on his chair and in front of a laptop.

"Give me a sec." Ruby Jane stopped Mino and raised her head, "Yes?"

Naomi's face turned ugly seeing her sitting on Lisa's chair as if it was hers. "Lisa?"

"Doctor Manoban went on rounds with intern doctors." Her serene face didn't reveal any emotions while Mino was shooting dagger at her waiting to see any change in her face.

Naomi forced a smile and said rightfully, "You should respect Lisa's position in the hospital and get comfortable on the couch."

Ruby Jane's brows raised and an unreadable faint smile left her lips. "I will make sure to inform Doctor Manoban so that he doesn't ask me to take his seat next time."

Mino burst into laughter hearing her threaten with a smile on her face.

Naomi's nails dug her palm and maintained her well-bred lady composure, "That's not necessary if Lisa told you." She forced a smile, "I don't have time to waste. I will get to work. Have a good day."
