"Hey Miss Teacher," Luke smiled as Luna walked into his bakery.

"Hello Mr. Taylor," She blushed and looked down at the ground. "Can I get um, two dozen glazed and two dozen chocolate donuts please?" She asked nervously. "I want to treat the kids."

"Of course," Luke smiled, "Sprinkles on all of them?"

"Sure, why not," She shrugged as she grabbed apple juice for all the children.

"Glad you are feeling better, Miss Teacher," Luke said as he boxed everything up.

"Thank you for the soup and bread," She said without looking as she was counting the juices to make sure she had the right amount. "It was delicious."

"What are you going to do with the extras?" Luke asked curiously.

"Oh the other teachers will enjoy whatever the children don't eat," She smiled softly.

"You don't eat donuts?" He asked curiously.

"Once in a while but not today. I think today Night and I will enjoy your delicious pigs and a blanket and egg and which meat do you want today Night? Ham or sausage?" Night walked over to the sausage and stuck his nose to the glass. She giggled, "Sausage sandwiches please."

"You got it, Miss Teacher," Luke smiled.

"Excuse me," she said as her phone started ringing. "Hello Dr. Porter." She stepped outside and when she walked back in she slid her phone back into her bag. "How much, Mr. Taylor?"

"Nope," he shook his head as he leaned against the counter. "It's already been taken care of, Miss Teacher."

"What?" She asked shocked.

"It's already taken care of," He smirked at her. "Victor and Kota are already on the way to the school with the food, they were in the back helping me out and Marc is bringing your coffee up there since he remembered your drink."

"I...I..." she shook her head in disbelief then smiled, "Well, thank you."

"You are welcome, Miss Teacher," he smiled, "now have fun. Oh Night?" Night got up from where he was sitting by Luna and Luke tossed him a pig in a blanket. Night caught it, scarfed it down then barked gently. Luke burst out laughing, "You are welcome, Night."

Luna shook her head then opened the door so Night could walk out. Once she got to the school she saw Victor, Kota, and Marc waiting outside of her room. She unlocked it and held the door open. "Thank you," she said as she turned on the light then started setting out napkins on all the desks.

"Miss Luna! Night!" Skye shouted as she ran into the room with North and Sean right behind her.

"Hi Princess Skye," Luna beamed as she dropped to her knees and hugged her tightly.

"Miss you," Skye giggled.

"I missed you too," Luna smiled softly. "I caught that yucky tummy bug that is going around but I'm all better now. Thank you for the soup and card you left at my house. It made me feel so much better."

"Yay," Skye giggled. "I help?"

"Thank you," Luna nodded, "I appreciate it."

"Go sit down, please?" North asked. "Eat, we can set everything up for you."

"Alright," she nodded as she sat down. She forced back a gasp when she saw that Luke gave her both ham and sausage sandwiches for her and Night and extra pigs in a blanket. Night wiggled his butt making everyone chuckle as she ripped up pieces and tossed them for him to catch.

Once all the desks were set up the men told her bye and left. The children came in and everyone was excited to see her surprise treats. The day rushed by and before she knew it was time for the children to leave. She headed back to her room and sat down to work on more paperwork.

Her phone pinged, snapping her out of her trance. She saw that it was a text message.

Are you still at school, Miss Teacher?

Perhaps.

It's almost nine at night, you should be home sleeping. Especially if you are still recovering from being sick. You need to rest.

Work isn't going to get accomplished by itself.

True, but surely what you finished can be enough and the rest can wait until another day, can't it?

I suppose since it is so late.

I take it you haven't ate, have you? Skye said you didn't have lunch.

I plead the fifth. Now excuse me, I'm about to drive and texting and driving is a big NO NO.

Shortly after she got home and changed her phone pinged again. Dinner for you and Night is on your porch. Eat and go to bed, Miss Teacher, you need your rest.

She sighed and forced back rolling her eyes. You are spoiling us. Thank you and yes, Sirs.
