Betrayed

It's been 2 days since Lucy and Tim went undercover. It was just another day on patrol. All Lucy could think about is what would have happened if Tamara hadn't walked in?
"Lucy?" Tim asks
"Yeah?" Lucy turns to look at him
"Your weirdly quiet"Tim says
"Weirdly?" Lucy questions
"I'm just saying you usually talk a lot, it's worrying me how quiet you've been." Tim says
"I've just got something on my mind"Lucy turns back to the window
"And what is that?" Tim asks
Lucy starts to think if she should confess or not
"Can you pull over?" Lucy says
"Why?" Tim asks
"Just pull over" Lucy says
Tim pulls over and both of them approach the sidewalk
"Turn your body cam off" Lucy says
"Okay what's going on?" Tim asks
"Listen, this is hard to say.. uh I think I'm starting to have f-" Lucy gets interrupted by Angela in her car yelling
"Lucy! We need to go now!" Angela yells
"What's going on?" Tim asks
"I'll explain later get in the car now!" Angela yells
Both Tim and Lucy get in the car Tim in the front Lucy In the back.
"Okay. You gonna tell us what's going on or?" Lucy asks
"Fine. But promise you won't freak out." Angela says
"Angela, tell me." Lucy says
"Alright alright. Rosalind has escaped." Angela says
"What??" Tim yells
"H-how" Lucy questions
"Chris helped her escape. He's been working with her this whole time" Angela says
"W-what?" Lucy says with pain in her voice
"This doesn't make any sense" Tim says
"I got a voice message from a unknown number just now" Lucy says
"Play it" Angela responds
Lucy plays the voice message
Stars shining right above you, Night breeze seems to whisper, I love you
Lucy stops the voice message and starts tearing up
"Was that Chris?" Angela asks
"Yeah." Tim says
"L-lucy are you okay?" Tim says
"I can't believe he helped her.. I can't believe h-he betrayed me" Lucy says with pain in her voice
"I'm so sorry Lucy you really don't deserve this"Tim says
"Lucy here's our plan, First we're headed to the station so you could tell us anything and everything you know about Chris. Second, we'll find a safe place for you to hide" Angela says
"Wait.. what about Tamara? Chris knows where my apartment is!" Lucy says
"Don't worry Nyla picked her up she's at the station already" Angela says
"T-thank god" Lucy says
"Alright let's get into the station quickly" Tim says as he opens the door for Lucy
The trio walks into the role call room with everyone waiting inside including Tamara
"Everyone listen up! we need a safe place for officer Chen to stay. Does anyone volunteer to let her stay with you? We will be adding a security alarm and she might have to stay there a couple of days." Sargent  Grey says
"I do" says Tim
"Alright Officer Chen and Tamara will be staying with Sargent Bradford. But we need one more volunteer to help Guard Sargent Bradfords home." Sargent Grey announces
"I will" Nolan says
"Okay. Here's the plan Officer Chen and and Tamara will be staying with Sargent Bradford. Me and officer Harper will take guard during the day and Sargent Grey and officer Nolan with take guard during night" Angela says
"Dismissed." Sargent Grey says
"Hey Luce! I packed some of your stuff with mine." Tamara says
"Thanks Tamara" Lucy says
"Alright ready to go?" Tim asks
"yup" Lucy responds

Tim opens his front door for Lucy and Tamara
"Tim thank you so much for this" Lucy says
"Of course" Tim responds
"Okay so you and Tim take the bed and I'll sleep on the couch!" Tamara said
"Oh uh-" Lucy said
"No no you and Lucy can take the bed and I'll take the couch" Tim argues
"Tim, I insist it's the least I could do" Tamara says
"Tamara" Lucy says
"No matter what you say you are sleeping in the bed Tim" Tamara says
"Alright alright fine" Tim says
Lucy's eyes widen
"Goodnight Lucy and good luck" Tamara winks
Tamara did this because she knows how Lucy feels about Tim
Both Lucy and Tim go to bed and leave a big space between them
Lucy wakes up super close to Tim and gets up
She walks into the living room and sees Tamara wide awake and sits with her
Tim walks into the living room quietly and leans on the wall
"So how'd it go with officer zaddy?" Tamara asks
Tim's eyes widen
"Tamara! What if he can hear us?  And please stop with the clues I don't wanna put him in a weird position" Lucy says
Tamara turns her head and sees Tim
"I- uh-" Tamara says
"Everything oka-" Lucy turns her head and sees Tim
"Oh my g- uh hi good morning" Lucy says
"M-morning" Tim says as trying to play it cool
"I am gonna give you  two some privacy" Tamara says
"Tamara that is not needed" Lucy says
"Mhm" Tamara says while leaving
"So uh- are you gonna tell me what just happened or?" Tim questions
"I- I don't know what your talking about" Lucy says nervously
"Lucy it's obvious your lying" Tim says
"uhm- I- okay okay I may ha- have developed f-feelings for you after we you know kissed" Lucy says nervously
"I-" Tim trys to figure out what to say
"Listen I didn't want to tell you because I didn't want this to ruin our friendship" Lucy says
"Lucy I-" Tim gets interrupted from a phone call
"Hello?" Tim answers to the call
Hey Tim it's Ashley we still up for tonight?
"I totally forgot, I'm sorry ash I can't go"
Why? Is everything okay?
"Rosalind escaped prison and Chris is working with her"
Oh my god! Is Lucy okay? She deserves so much better
"She is atleast for now, she's staying with me until it's safe "
Oh I-
"I hope that's okay"
Tim I don't think I can do this anymore. It's not about the whole Lucy's staying with me thing it's that I want you to be happy.
" what? I- I am happy ash?"
I'm sorry but you belong with Lucy I mean we could always stay friends
"Ashley I-"
Tim, no matter what you say I won't change my mind
"Okay Ashley, that's your choice but I want to stay friends"
Of course we'll stay friends! Bye Tim sending prayers.
"Who was that?" Lucy asks
"Ashley just broke up with me" Tim says
